My name is Onochie and I was at your bar on Friday September 12 2025 when I was involved in an incident with the bartender on the night I also heard he’s the manager. I’ve never felt more racially profiled because of what happened. So there was a lady that supposedly had an altercation with another party and claimed this party took her phone off her. At this time I walked up to the bar area to find out why the drink I ordered was taking longer than usual to get to me. Next thing I saw was the bartender on the night which may have also been the manager approached me in the midst of people around us and says “you had an altercation with a lady and took her phone, we need to step out and talk about it” at first I looked around to know if he was referring to me. I asked if he was referring to me, he said yes. I was in shocked, looked around and everyone was looking at me. I’ve never been more embarrassed in my whole life. I had to ask twice if he was sure he had the right person he said again, yes with a great conviction that I was picked out. Then next thing the lady that had pointed me out said I wasn’t the one. At this point I was so upset that I had been embarrassed. It could have been avoided if he approached me differently saying first to talk privately for a second before revealing that he thought I was a thief. That is a very bad management for that situation. I also feel that would have never happened in that manner if I was white. I later found out that she had pointed at different people that she thought but was the only one approached to the knowledge of everyone customer around. I was a customer too that only wanted to have a good time but left with the highest level of embarrassment. Something needs to be done and I’d like to know what because I wouldn’t want this to happen to the next person that comes into your bar that looks like me. He didn’t even apologize properly for what happened. I wouldn’t want to make a noise about this but your establishment needs to handle it and let me know before I can be at rest. My friend who was also with me said the same person gave him a similar treatment at the previous bar he worked at which is called after which he was sacked.

If you’re looking for a great cocktail bar this one is it!! From wines to the cocktails this bar is hands down the best in town. Definitely worth a stop if you’re travelling or from town!

The moment the server came to me, he rushed through the service and immediately handed me the card machine, before I had even started eating. No care, no courtesy, just pay now. It felt cold, dismissive, and frankly disrespectful.
Then, while I was eating at the counter, he started spraying cleaning product on nearby tables. He ended up touching my hand with the same cloth he was using, still soaked with chemicals, and got worryingly close to my food. A quick “I’m sorry” doesn’t excuse that level of carelessness and poor hygiene.
This was not only uncomfortable but absolutely off-putting. I won’t be returning. A place that treats its customers like this shouldn't be in hospitality.

Michael was absolutely amazing! He is truly a cocktail artist and paid close attention to his customers to ensure they had what they needed. I cannot recommend this place more—it looks like a little hole in the wall but it is so much more! If you are in Moncton, it’s a must visit and ask for Michael!

One of the best spots in Moncton, hands down. As a Latino, it’s not always easy to find places where the energy just hits right but this place? It nails it. The crew is always full of good vibes, the music never misses, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. Every time I walk in, I know it’s going to be a good night. I love this club it’s become one of my favorite places to let loose and enjoy myself.
