“I like this Tim Horton’s location. It was my first time eating here while at my stay in Delta Beauséjour Hotels. I ordered four double stacked farmer’s wraps. However, they did not have hash browns, so they told us to wait ten minutes. We waited around 13 minutes so it was relatively accurately on time.“

“I just 'discovered' Tim Horton and I must say: the quality of their items is just great. Once again we had their sandwiches, besides doughnuts and the pumpkin spiced latte.

This location is down the road from the Magnetic hill and due to the cold weather fortunately was not as busy as you would expect in summer time.

This area changed immensely from the way it was a few decades ago when no one knew about the Magnetic hill and now everything is so commercialised.“

“This is by far the fastest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I’m usually through the drive-thru in about a minute, which is amazing. The staff are always friendly, and Kat in particular is really kind. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons, great service, quick speed, and wonderful staff!“

“We started coming to this location several weeks ago. We usually go through the drive thru late morning and frequently are served by Britney. This is the person you would like all Tim Hortons employees to be. She is unfailingly polite, cheerful, efficient and helpful. She takes her time to make sure your order is correct. We all have a Tim’s story but service at this level cannot go unreported! Well done Britney!!“

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly “Good evening ” by Pauline, who was working the counter. She was not only incredibly polite but also attentive and efficient, even during a busy rush.
She made sure my order was correct, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great customer experience. My coffee was fresh, my breakfast sandwich was hot and perfectly made, and everything was ready quickly.
It’s the little things—like Pauline remembering the way I like my coffee or taking a second to ask how my day is going—that make a big difference. Customer service like this is rare and truly appreciated.

“Got my coffee wrong 3 times, cashier was a bit rude.
Made another attempt today, made a mobile order, walked in, cashier had her back to the cash waited a whole 40 seconds before grabbing her attention, then she moved to the next cash and took someone else's order“

“I stopped for breakfast (small cup of black coffee, a turkey bacon sandwich without mayo, and donuts) and stay a bit to read my book. I found that the noise level, particularly from the staff, though not overbearing, it was not easily tolerable.

The line extended to the entrance door at that times but, it moved quickly. There were available seats and tables throughout the my visit.

If you intend to use the toilet be sure to ask the cashier for the key. That was the situation on that today.“
