We started coming to this location several weeks ago. We usually go through the drive thru late morning and frequently are served by Britney. This is the person you would like all Tim Hortons employees to be. She is unfailingly polite, cheerful, efficient and helpful. She takes her time to make sure your order is correct. We all have a Tim’s story but service at this level cannot go unreported! Well done Britney!!

I come in here multiple times a week and every single time I have to request they make chicken and am greeted with attitude . Today I ordered a wrap off the app instead of making it they waited til I came and picked it up to tell me they weren’t able to do it, then I made him make chicken like can the owner not make sure their employees do their job? It’s super easy but some how they are terrible and there’s a lot of flies in dining area bc the lazy employees don’t take trash out. Hello , I am at Tim Hortons St . George street it is 12:49 pm . I asked food service , do you have an espresso machine , she said no . Then I responded it is there I usually take my latte from her she said for today ! This is because they don’t want to open the machine !!!! Lazy to do so . Very bad customer experience .

I was with my grandmother today at the tims on st george bl and I was wanting to try the new fall menu after ordering ( I got an iced pumpkin latte) I got a hot one wich I dont mind everyone makes mistakes and I get the stress at fast food but after I got my remade coffee it was just a regular iced coffee so I was getting a little frustrated at this point I didn’t want to but just really wanted to try the pumpkin spice so I ask if their was any pumpkin in it and the girl with short bleached hair grabbed my cup out of my hand while yelling “ it does have pumpkin in it!” So rudely then pumped 5 pumps of the syrup then proceeded to roll her eyes when handing it back. Anyways hope she has a good rest of her day.

Tim Hortons at 750 George Blvd in Moncton is fantastic! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, providing quick and efficient service whether you’re grabbing coffee or a snack. The store is clean and well-maintained, and the coffee and baked goods are consistently fresh and tasty. Great spot for a reliable and enjoyable Tim Hortons experience!

Never in my life I would visit this specific location. Can’t stress this enough when workers made the same mistake again and again.

I usually go to this Tim’s location because it’s close to my workplace but I had few incidents in very short span here.

Firstly last year in October, 2024 : I went to drive through for a coffee and a habanero “veggie bowl”. I took my order and went to my workplace and thought I would eat in the parking lot. To my surprise, it was a chicken bowl instead. I called them and told them happen and had to go back after my shift and return the original one and they made new one. There was a manager who replace it but no apologies were given.

On 10th May, 2025 I was on drive thru again and these workers did same mistake 😑 I had to walk in store for replacement. The front end lady was nice and offer a replacement and a donut as gesture.

On 13th May, 2025 again went there for drive-thru, got my regular same order but no cutlery was there. What am I suppose to do? Eat bowl with my hands? No napkins?

I went there again on May 14th, 2025 for my lunch for my regular as Quencher, Habanero Veggie Bowl and Potato Veggies.

Not to mention that they are even worse. They took the order and when I pull to window, after about 5 minutes of waiting there, girl came and say sorry we don’t have jalapeño, another guy come and said same thing and then went back to check again and then some other girl come and say do you want something else, I said no I am good with my Quencher and then this manager come with attitude and told the girl to refund in full. Not to mention, I have waited till 12 minutes until this time and there’s a long line up behind me. Now at this point, that girl said you have to pay for Quencher, hell yes I didn’t ask for full refund 😑 Charge me and move on. They can’t figure out stuff at this point and give them Quencher back and went to my workplace.

May 15th, 2025 : Again same thing, took my order at drive thru and when I pull to window, she be like oh I don’t have Jalapeños. When the hell were you when you were taking my order.

More than terrible experience here, normally I give fast food workers a bit of leniency but the workers here just terrible and not to mention, their management is just awful who can’t do anything.
