Tim Hortons used to be a Canadian icon, now it's just a shell of its former self. The coffee is bad, the food is bad, and the service has gotten really bad. The last time I was at this location the bathroom was so gross.

Just used the washrooms and the men's washroom had toilet paper ans pee all over the floor. Walls were dirty, urinal wasn't washed. Told staff on duty that it was dirty and they just basically rolled their eyes like whatever... not their issue. Should of took pic 😡 obviously washrooms aren't checked regularly.

I went tim today drive thru and there i ordered chicken bowl at first she was not able to understand what I was saying after ordering i want to window and she gave me bowl i open the bowl when i reached home there was no cheese 2 3 chunks of salad lots of lettuce chicken was in good quantity and less rice i was very disappointed. 1 weak ago i ordered chicken bowl it was very good no doubt but it was amazing i don’t know what happened today.

I have been coming here pretty much every day during work days over 3 years now. I have been receiving wrong orders the past few days. Today, I order a Hot Cappuccino, 10 Timbits (no chocolate) and muffin (Lemon Muffin) and they gave exactly what I didn’t want except the Cappuccino. The supervisor was not helping as I realized that the cashier was new and the supervisor was just standing instead of showing her what to do. I had to repeat my order 3 times and still was wrong.

We went over here to get two donuts and a coffee. They gave us a cold coffee and we asked nicely if they could give us a hot coffee when we said thank you they shut the door door like the door window in our face. It is horrible service I recommend to not come
