We went over here to get two donuts and a coffee. They gave us a cold coffee and we asked nicely if they could give us a hot coffee when we said thank you they shut the door door like the door window in our face. It is horrible service I recommend to not come

I was not impressed. I had a friend with me in drive thru. Asked for toasted everything bagel with herb garlic cream cheese. Got home to relax and have my tea only to find out it was coffee Promptly went back Ashley immediately exchanged it no issues . By the time I got back home my bagel was cold and not appealing. I wish whoever was making the order would pay more attention. Now I’m stuck with cold bagel . Not Cool ?

Charged for a large ice coffee because THEY run out of medium cups, why am I paying for your screw up in ordering enough cups ??
Drive Thru service was very quick and pleasant. I was helped by Rimpy. She is a nice, soft spoken and friendly person, who always greets me with a smile. Thank you Rimpy for making the experience exceptional !!
