Wow. This place had the worst service in Moncton. Ordered a Toasted Bagel with cream cheese on the side. They only gave me a half container. Ever other Tim's gives me a container. I told them I wanted a full container bit they refused. They said that's all they give. I said that's not enough. Again they said no. I said I will not go back to that store again and the drive though teller said "that's fine". Wow. No cares for customers at all. I went into the store and got a refund. Even then, they would rather go through the process of a refund and loose a customer rather than just give me a small container. Customer service is not like it used to be. I won't be back there. (Best Tim's is at 596 Mapleton rd.)

roll up the rim promo ,originally you actually rolled up a rim, they put it online due to covid& never put it back, oddly now if you redeem a roll you don't get a roll, would they have given you a non roll cup before??? , fortunately I won free coffee for a week on hockey picks challenge, but apparently the roll ups aren't included even though they're printed all over the cups, blatant false advertising in my opinion, not even sure if calling it roll up the rim is even true,I redeem my free coffee but don't receive a roll, even though it's printed all over the cup

They put such a small amount of cream cheese on the bagels that you barely notice it’s there. Same with the sauce on the Crispy chicken craveable. It’s all too dry. Everything else is lovely, I just can’t imagine this is the franchise standard. I work next door and go almost everyday so it’s slightly frustrating.

The 7:30pm (Nov 23) drive-thru lady crew with eyeglasses today was totally rude, scolded me, and got all worked up because I said hello twice over the speaker phone, which apparently annoyed the heck out of her.

Ordered a large coffee 2 cream 1 sugar, no sugar. Ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, not toasted at all and only enough cheese for half the bagel.

The man working the drive through window was very unfriendly short in replies and was generally disappointed in this visit. luckily the guy making the sandwiches made up for it.Love the grilled cheese at Tim Hortons

There is a video shared on Facebook that shows rats running through the restaurant at night. Better avoid this place until this has been investigated..Ask requested by Tim Hortons I've submitted this case via their website for further review.
