Tim hortons is the best option to eat these days. 7 king street Tim Horton is best in the area right now whether we talk about food , drinks , customer service or anything. Unfortunately the restaurant usually isn’t very clean, I avoid the bathrooms at all costs. It’s a rougher part of town, and it’s reflected in the atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s not a place I would choose to sit and have a coffee, more a grab & go. The food is average of any Tim’s, but there’s often items not available. The service is ok. I’ve had my orders messed up a few times, and I haven’t even been here that much. The staff are neither friendly nor unfriendly. All in all, I would pick other Tim’s to go to

Well, wow where to begin, this tim Hortons customer service is ridiculous to say the least. If I order Tim's 5 days a week them might get it right once, I'll get half way to my place, go to take a sip and yuck it's COFFEE! I HATE COFFEE! They don't care if ur standing there 10mins while they walk back and forth doing nothing, plus if it's after 6pm don't bother to order anything but drinks cause they never have any food, then today they couldn't even bother to stir my tea up while Making it, and here's the topper I ordered a 20pack of tim bits, the girl just looked at me and said they don't make 20packs! Wtf since when? I'll take my business else where thank u. If i was to rate their customer service they would hit an all time low and get a 1 out of 10.

This Tim Hortons is consistently top-notch! The staff are always friendly and efficient, my coffee is always perfectly brewed, and the fresh donuts are a real treat. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure every visit is a positive experience -highly recommended. I would say
This is the standard tims. But i noticed the dining area needs bussing, moet of the tables need cleaning and wrappers are still om the tables. And the floor needs mopping.

Unbelievable literally walked in the bathroom and a man was doing drugs... I told a worker and she just let it be and acted all normal, nobody checked it for hours... Definitely do not let your kids come here. UPDATE: Still the exact same, but with slower service
