Tim Hortons on 2 Hub Lane is one of the best locations in Moncton. The service is quick, the staff are friendly, and the orders are always accurate and fresh. The place is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable stop any time of the day. Consistently great experience—highly recommended!

Unfortunately over the past couple of years all Tim Hortons locations have taken a turn for the worse. Its Canadian roots and values have diminished significantly. Quality, customer service, and poor hiring practices have ruined what once was a staple of our Canadian economy and culture.

As the smallest drive thru only Tim's I've ever seen, staff was amazing and kind even repeated the order to make sure it was correct. Absolutely loved it

Some of the employees at this location are fine, but the manager is a completely different story. Rude, dismissive, and talk down to customers like a real piece of work. As for her nonexistent customer service skills, 1 star feels highly overrated.

Today at 15 july 2025 lady refused to take my order i cane with my wife and 2 years old walk in was closed tried to itder it in window. This is happened to me first time in canada i am a truck driver i always get my order at window if walk in is closed she told me management refused to do it either way i am deeply disappointed.

Haven't bother coming here in a while, checked the hours online before walking over there in this heat, just to find the place closed. If you're going to close or change your hours of operation at least update it. Super frustrating
This location doesn’t understand that when a customer asks for a milk substitute, YOU SUBSTITUTE THE MILK. I’m lactose intolerant and every time I go to this location I always get symptoms. I feel bad for any vegans that also order from here. It’s extremely morally unjust

It takes too longer for getting order. It’s very rare when I get order within less than 5 minutes. Had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get food.
