We all know how this place is now .food is overpriced for what it is and the service is crap if you eat in. The workers catered to the drive through first and the people inside get less attention. I remember going to tim hortons and it was like Welcome to tim hortons how may I help you... Now the just yell NEXT and ask you what you want .

What a horrible experience sitting in the lobby !I was with my mom and we had ants crawling on us from floor ,table and back of seat!!! Tim Hortons please clean your situation customers don’t need ants on them and their drinks !I had dump my drink in trash not impressed

I like Tim Hortons. I like the coffee especially, but sometimes I go there and I order more than just coffee through the drive thru. They repeat back the order to me to make sure it's right. And that part works fine, and they do get it right. The problem happens somewhere in between there, where the people making the order don't make what I asked for and what was repeated back to me. So once again today, I got home with my order and only realized that then when I gave the black tea to my mother-in-law that it was a black coffee. This happens all the time!!! This is probably the most frequent problem. You ask for a black tea, they give you a black coffee. This happens all the time at this Tim. Hortons, when is it going to stop? When are you going to train your employees? Not to make mistakes like this. I can't just turn around and go back to the coffee shop. It costs me money in fuel to do that.... I guess order accuracy is not important.
UPDATE: Got the typical canned response from the Owner which tells you to go to Tim Hortons Guest Care. When the Owner doesn't want to deal with it personnaly, this is what they do... Pass the buck and nothing changes

Donuts were not glazed and dry. Service was extremely slow at the front counter.
I do all my orders through drive-through, but the service is really really bad The staff that you have working there cannot speak English or understand English very good, which makes it very very frustrating when you’re trying to order and when you do order 80% of the time, my coffee is made wrong I’m at the point where before I pull away from the drive-through I have to check to make sure it’s milk and cream. I get awful sick when I have cream so I’m constantly passing back my coffee to have them make it again and when it comes to the sugar, the machine is always off kilter so at this point, I waste more time going through the drive-through prior to work when I have to keep repeating myself for just a coffee it starts my day off frustrated and upset because of the service

Ordered one of their new pistachio lattes, got about a third done before it started leaving a weird feeling in my mouth so i took the cap off and saw how greasy and disgusting it was inside. Thick layer of grease built up in my cup and in the drink itself.. I couldnt finish any more of it. It was over 5$ for a large which was absurd to begin with. Go literally anywhere else for better coffee and service. Deleting my app and never going again

Regular tim hortons, staff that served me was very nice. Would go again if I pass by!
