I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. The employee on duty (a Punjabi Indian staff member) had an extremely rude and aggressive attitude toward customers. We purchased coffee from this location and were simply sitting there. We had takeout food from a nearby restaurant, but we were not even eating it inside. Instead of speaking politely, the employee approached us in a threatening manner and said he would throw our food away. His tone was very hostile and completely unprofessional. The place itself was also not clean, which made the situation even worse. Instead of maintaining cleanliness and providing good customer service, the staff member chose to intimidate paying customers. Customer service should always be respectful and professional. No customer should feel threatened for simply asking questions or sitting peacefully after purchasing something. Very disappointing experience.…

I am a regular customer of this location as It is near to me, This happend to me 4 times that I placed order in drive thrue asked you have for example timbits he will always say no.Once I double check on window before pay that thing is available. 3 time is same person a tall guy name james did that to us everytime. First time we asked for timbits Second visit was bagel Third time was plain croissant Fourth time again plain croissant. Once we asked on window the otger guy took payment we asked and he said we have it. Why he did that we have no idea.He might don’t want to check it coz that stuff is on the other side of counter may be. Please talk to him we are regular customer and we don’t want to go other location.

I visited this Tim Hortons today and had a very disappointing experience. An employee named Jan was extremely rude when I asked for the washroom key. Instead of giving a clear or polite answer, her response was dismissive and unhelpful. Because of this interaction, I felt uncomfortable and decided not to purchase anything. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet even basic expectations. I hope management addresses this issue.
I visited the drive-through on November 26, 2:30 pm and the older lady working there was extremely rude. I used to work at Wendy’s for two years, so I understand customer service very well — and she showed absolutely none. She seems to have more than 50 years of experience in life, but her customer service felt like she had only five months of training.
There’s nothing I can personally do about it, but I can share my experience. It honestly made me feel sad, because it costs zero dollars to be kind, especially in today’s world. I’m sure the management, including Cory, is aware of the situation, but I understand they may not be able to do much.
I don’t care how things work behind the scenes — I just hope the service improves.
