I visited the drive-through on November 26, 2:30 pm and the older lady working there was extremely rude. I used to work at Wendy’s for two years, so I understand customer service very well — and she showed absolutely none. She seems to have more than 50 years of experience in life, but her customer service felt like she had only five months of training.

There’s nothing I can personally do about it, but I can share my experience. It honestly made me feel sad, because it costs zero dollars to be kind, especially in today’s world. I’m sure the management, including Cory, is aware of the situation, but I understand they may not be able to do much.

I don’t care how things work behind the scenes — I just hope the service improves.

Why are the tables dirty every time I come here in the morning ? You have to walk around trying to find a CLEAN place to sit. Worse than Mcd's.

I stopped for breakfast (small cup of black coffee, a turkey bacon sandwich without mayo, and donuts) and stay a bit to read my book. I found that the noise level, particularly from the staff, though not overbearing, it was not easily tolerable.

The line extended to the entrance door at that times but, it moved quickly. There were available seats and tables throughout the my visit.

If you intend to use the toilet be sure to ask the cashier for the key. That was the situation on that today.

If you guys are busy or you are run out of items i don’t think so you guys need to yell on customers. Show you kindness and politeness Margin, while taking orders.

This location urgently needs serious management attention. My first visit ended in a refund because my order was unacceptable, and I was even told I couldn’t get a cold brew after 1 p.m. simply because a staff member didn’t want to make it. If it’s on the menu, you should serve it.

Today I gave them another chance and ordered a Farmer’s Breakfast Sandwich. First, they forgot the hash brown. When I went back, they added it, but now the sauce was missing. I felt embarrassed going back again and again for one simple order.

The worst part isn’t the mistakes, it’s the attitude. No genuine apology, no thank you, no accountability. Instead, staff spoke to each other in another language while giving me looks, called me “sister” in a way that felt unprofessional, and blamed “the previous person” for messing up my order.

I’m not asking for world-class hospitality, but basic customer service should be non-negotiable. A manager needs to train this team to own their mistakes, show empathy, and serve what’s on the menu or risk losing customers for good.

This is the second time I’ve tried this Tim Hortons location, and unfortunately, it has been the worst drive-through experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a Simple Farmer breakfast sandwich and requested extra sauce. The first time, my order was incorrect—no hash brown and no extra sauce—but I let it go.

The second time, the same issues occurred. I noticed the sandwich was wrong, so I drove back to explain the problem. There was no apology, no empathy, and the staff seemed untrained. A staff member in particular, a girl wearing a headscarf, was extremely rude and dismissive. She handed me another order, which again was incorrect—cold, missing the requested chipotle sauce, and completely unsatisfactory.

Overall, the service was unprofessional, the staff seemed poorly trained, and my order was mishandled twice. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I'm in love with tim Horton chicken pizzas, it's not complicated for them to do it but these guys are good at it compared to the tim Horton on mountain road where they put the tomato ssuce on the top of the pizza ( yes over the cheese )

Every visit is an incredibly long wait. Drive-thru is a double lane. Takes a minute between cars before the next gets to order. Customer service is lacking (e.g. greeting someone before giving their total, simply asking if they have completed their order, etc.). Recently went, same issue. Accepted the order at the intercom. Got to the window and the staff member said “they put all the breakfast food away”. This is the worst Tim Hortons location I have been to, will not be returning.

I feel bad for the evening crew most nights I see only one person handling drive thru. Most of those night I feel they should have help to get the order out faster. Isn't that the goal.
