Received about a large French Vanilla in an Extra Large cup when I ordered an Extra Large. This happens on a regular basis where I have now started asking them at the drive through to make sure it's full. Doing this I'm sure aggravates the staff to which I'm sure they could spit in my cup first then add French Vanilla. (That's highly speculative!)
The food is always good every time I go, but the cashier every time I visit is very rude and grumpy. She's the older lady at the front, she doesn't talk to us, doesn't make eye contact, doesn't smile and isn't polite. She interrupts me when I speak and she puts my cup down hard enough to spill it sometimes.
Taking down the stars, as they locked the washroom and need to ask them for key everytime funny part is, they won't even give the key upon asking them rather they will escort you, i definitely don't need an escort to go washroom
