One of the worst Tim's places. Had to wait for 10 mins beside the empty washroom cause employee didn't want to open it. After the whole long line and four hot chocolates, when my kid asked for water 1 min later, they told me to get back into that line, as it's so very long to pour couple of water sips into the cup. It's the place with the worst service, if it can even be called service.

I usually never have an issue with this Tim Hortons. My coffee is always made correctly, my bagels are usually fantastic. Today I went through and received this four cheese bagel, toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. I never once stated I wanted it double toasted or burnt. I took my first bite and realized all I could taste was charcoal. I open it up and it was severely burnt on both halves - not very impressed since I can't leave work once I arrive back from my lunch time.

One of lady in Drive-thru doesn't even check how much customers need to pay. I applied 20% off discount but she didn't check and charged me without discount. she just put her machine into my face so I overpaid. not only once, that happened to me twice. I guess she did to everyone. She almost threw my coffee. Manager needs to train her again seriously.
Tried the chicken parmigiana flatbread not even close to what it should be was more like undercooked dough with peices of cat food on top never again

Very bad experience, no chicken noodle soup; so I ask for a wrap only to find out there's no slow cooked chicken. They ended up putting another unordered wrap in our bag with the wrong sauce; the kicker? It had the slow cooked chicken. I could've had my food if they didn't put it on something we did not order.
