I went to this location at approximately 12:10 a.m. on January 10, 2026. Although the tim was closed for dine-in, the doors were left open, so I entered. The staff reacted negatively and were rude and unapologetic. They told me to leave and insisted that I go through the drive-thru on foot. I was there with my semi truck, the drive-thru was busy, and I am uncomfortable using the drive-thru or being filmed, as it causes anxiety and I do not want to appear online. I explained this to them and asked if, since I was already inside, they could please get me a double double. They refused, raised their voices, and accused me of breaking in, even though I entered through an open door. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and I was treated disrespectfully.

Might as well give a review while I stand in line for over 8 minutes inside, with only two people in front of me, also not being served because they prioritize the drive through. A daily Occurrence at this location. A bit absurd.

One of the staff member was highly rude and had no idea what customer service is. I visit Tims every now and then but then there comes people like her who makes me not wanna go again. Highly disappointing. Also, worst bagel ever.

Everytime I can't go somewhere else I end up at Timmies. And sure enough they screw it up. I asked for a large dark roast triple triple. I was charged for 2 and when I said I only ordered 1 she started arguing with me in broken English so I just took both and left. So sick of what they did to Timmies.

This is such a slow moving Tim Hortons why not have one line for coffee and one for food and pizza to speed things up instead of all your staff ignoring the customers in store and just focusing on the drive through all the time?

Morning staff don't know how much sugar in triple triple and they dont know how to stirr. Maybe they need a extra training. I ordered at drive thru after waiting in a big line and there is no sugar. Then i go inside to get new and they made like same infront of me.

Tim Hortons raises prices on their coffee, not because of the economy or tariffs or whatever other excuse they use. It's because they know you need coffee to be able to grind through 4 full time jobs a day and you wouldn't be able to do it without some sort of stimulant. The CEOs are all greedy.
Today i was served by Lady named jenn her service was soo bad and rude, No good morning no thanks. I will never come back on this Tim hortons.

Worst customer service ever… I went to the drive thru at 12:30pm and asked for croissants and first of all she said they don’t have any and then I asked if she had any other cheese croissants she said yes and I said I will take 2 of those and she yelled back very rudely that she doesn’t have any more. I also ordered a tea which was given to me but the lid was dirty and there was half a cup of tea only! Worst Tim Hortons ever!
