The day staff seem really nice, and do a great job, but the evening staff really need to learn how to write the type of coffee properly on the cup so it can be legible

Slower than molasses! waited 20 mins in the drive thru for 3 coffees (no food - no fancy stuff) . Would have been alright had I got to the window and it was only one person working - but there were multiple staff. I had time to notice because I had to sit at the window because our drinks hadn't even been started.

! I’m expresso coffee fan , and I live beside it , I went to have my daily coffee unfortunately, they told me; we don’t surve espresso coffee at this location , how comes there is Tim Horton without full services !!!!!!!! I have to go the farther point to have my coffee every day!??????!!!!!, disappointing,,,….

I asked for a blueberry muffin for my son, pull the muffin out the bag to find out its a fruit explosion. I then proceed to go inside to get the right muffin. Some freak with orange curly hair made me feel bad for touching the wrong muffin they gave me and gave me attittude when giving me my blueberry muffin! How would I have known its the wrong muffin without touching it. That lady needs a attittude check and put a smile on her miserable looking face.

Was really good and my go to because it's close to home but since the renos it's so slow. Like snail slow. I've waited in line inside for 20 minutes and in drive through for 15. I know busy times goodness it's slow.

On Jul 25th ordered flatbread, cilantro lime bowl and coffee through mobile. The order was accepted and when went for pickup they told they don't have the stuff to prepare and will issue refund. But no refund was issued and the amount was charged on my credit card. The customer care service executive said they can't do anything about it and I need to visit the store for getting the refund. In other words I need to travel 1700 kms to get my refund(34.45) :)
