Re inputting my review because it seems it was taken down.

I tried ordering, I went down a list of 4-5 items and they said no to each. I asked “what can you make right now?” They said “one second”.
To which they began taking the order of the person next to me.
I felt so pushed to the side I could not believe it.

I have never received good customer service here other than when I need to tell someone my order was wrong for me to be reimbursed.

I was at the Tim's on Mapleton, I ordered a bagle with peanut butter, the lady that served me was so friendly and professional, the bagle was good. Will be back again soon. Thanks

I preordered breakfast via the app for 6:35 A.M., but nothing was ready when I arrived. I was asked about my coffee, even though it was clearly listed on the receipt, and had to wait over 10 minutes. The team member was borderline rude, stating she was busy with other customers, despite there being only two customers in the shop at the time. The food itself was fine, but the service did not reflect the convenience of pre-ordering—hopefully it was just an off morning.

What have we become?! The days of having a little slice of Canadiana in every neighborhood has long passed! The coffee shop we used to know and love has transformed into an unrecognizable beast. The time of freshly baked goods and our favourite confections at remarkably affordable prices is but a distant memory. The young, and elderly alike working together to graciously caffeinate and nourish their community, unscrupulously replaced by disembodied voices, and uncaring, unfamiliar, untrained, and often uncooperative individuals.

That one thing, that thing that we used to be able to say is uniquely Canadian; gone. Sold. Abandoned by those who's vision is clouded by profit. The one true Prophet. Still claiming to be a sheep of the flock, when they are but a wolf in waiting.

Disorganized unprofessional mess.
1 guy at front counter took orders and made coffee pretty quickly, but no receipt was offered at the counter. If you’re ordering sandwiches, wraps, soups etc, then get ready for a mess. The kitchen area has a gaggle of 7-8 people, 2 making sandwiches, 2 on drive through, 2 standing around and 2 yelling at the workers, Idk if they were the managers? Yelling at or berating your own staff in front of customers is unprofessional.

The two making sandwiches were really confused, they cleared my order and the order behind me without even making them and just made the other ones. Then, when I asked about my sandwich, the worker asked me how to make a BLT. Her English also wasn’t fluid, people had to go up to the front counter to ask which sandwich she made and she couldn’t understand their questions, communication was in 1-2 short words.

The BLT was a sad soft sandwich. The sandwich bag was greasy on the outside and got oil all over my hands. It’s true they don’t give napkins, but they do put a dispenser in front.

Employees seem to think that napkins come out of their pay. Go through the drive thru and order food, no napkins. Ask for napkins and get attitude because you are slowing down the drive thru.

Never really has food items at the times I go.
Was trying to order (they kept saying they don’t have anything) they stopped talking to me to take someone else’s order. Couldn’t believe it lol

Maybe the C team was working at 9AM, but never experience such a total slug as waited on me. Not sure my coffee is even right, but back on the road and too late now.

Love Tim's for their soups, chili, sandwiches, and donuts. This location has never let me down. Delicious meals always served briskly and with a smile.
Busy inside each time I've dined here and it's easy to see why with friendly staff and great customers.
Normally, my lovely wife Pat and I use their drive-thru, but when we can, we enjoy eating inside
Very homey atmosphere.

Busy Tim Hortons location on Mapleton. On a busy intersection, it receives a lot of traffic. I've had no issues or concerns with this location, then again, I'm pretty easy to please. I remember the days of all doughnuts and pastries made by hand and baked fresh in store and not the current process the public is fed alas, it is what it is.
