“This Tim Hortons has truly become my favourite location. The staff here are always kind, hardworking, and welcoming, no matter how busy it gets. I really appreciate the way they treat customers with patience and respect.
What makes this place extra special for me is my Steeped Tea — other stores never make it right, but this team always prepares it perfectly, just the way I like it. They manage everything so well and consistently provide great service.

Every time I come to this Tim Hortons, I’m impressed by the friendly service and the effort the staff puts in. They work so hard, and they still manage to make customers feel valued. The coffee is always perfect, the food is fresh, and the environment is clean. Truly grateful for this team!”

I work in the service industry, and this Tim Hortons actually risked our health and safety. They were rude and impolite immediately, we sat and waited for our two sandwiches for over 20 minutes, the woman who took our order asked us if we received our food, we said no, she asked us what we had ordered (the place was dead by the way) and then one of the men from the prep spoke to the only other customers in there, turns out these two foreign men had our order for about ten minutes, when the employee spoke to them, he realized they had our food, took the bag from them and handed it to us. No offence to anyone, but that is so incredibly dangerous and unsanitary. You should have immediately thrown away the old order and rushed our order to be made new. This was not difficult and I think it’s a shame that people can have such a bad experience at a Timmies especially on a highway when they don’t have any other options for food. Please do better and do not put people at risk by handling food like this. Huge red flag, if these are their standards right to our face, who knows what else comes in contact with your food. Clearly they would do a lot to avoid remaking anything. PS I didn’t write all this to then eat the food lol, we tossed it and left without a refund or anything.
Coffee tasted watered. Down, no chicken pizza, ot was noon time, lunch time. They said chicken was frozen.
Such a great experience at this location staff is so good specially hemant guy working at night he is so friendly and humble with the customer. Overall 100 marks for their customer service. Must give order to hemant.

I don’t understand why I was going to be charged $0.50 subbing mayo for chipotle on a Farmers Wrap. I’m not adding a condiment, I’m replacing one. I ended up getting it minus any sauce as I feel the charge to sub for mayo is a rip off.
I don’t have this problem home in Dartmouth.

It took me leaving my home province to find a Tim Hortons who actually gives a damn on getting things right!!! Corrine served us at the front counter and was super friendly and quick! She was happy, polite and friendly! My order yes it was actually what I ordered!

As a regular customer this tim location is near to my workplace but most of the time coffee not served fresh worst taste bad service. Always good in morning but night time realy bad.
