I don’t understand why I was going to be charged $0.50 subbing mayo for chipotle on a Farmers Wrap. I’m not adding a condiment, I’m replacing one. I ended up getting it minus any sauce as I feel the charge to sub for mayo is a rip off.
I don’t have this problem home in Dartmouth.

Wonderful service, experienced staff. Best place to take a stop on the highway.!
I was a regular customer to this Timhortons as I work in a company closer to this Harrisville Timhortons. But from the past few months, unfortunately, I have had very disappointing experiences from the employees. Especially on May 20, around 5 :30 am. I was in drive thru. I ordered a cooffe & and wrap. I had waited in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes. There were not even more than 6 cars in the line. On may 21 approximately after 5:30am,from the moment I walked in, the service felt unorganized and sluggish. Despite there not being a huge crowd, the staff seemed to be moving at a very slow pace, which led to significant delays in getting orders out.
I waited over 20 minutes for a basic order, which should typically take only a few minutes. When I finally received my food, it was not what I ordered. I brought it to the staff’s attention, but they were not even ready to make the correction, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Both days I reached late for my work.
Additionally, I noticed that I wasn’t the only one having issues. Several other customers were either waiting too long or receiving incorrect items. Even my colleagues also had the same experience. This suggests a larger issue with staff training, coordination, or attention to detail.
I understand that mistakes can happen and things can get busy, but consistency and efficiency are essential, especially for a brand like Tim Hortons. I hope management seriously considers reviewing the staff workflow and providing better support or training to improve the service.
Until then, I’ll be reconsidering my visits to this location.
Don’t pay with cash every time I have paid with cash it could be 25c or 50c they don’t give it to you they put it in The tip jar and I’ve said every time I didn’t authorize that and they just look at you not right
