I went to this location a day ago and i was asking something to an employee and there was a white lady seems like a manager started shouting to hurry up by saying lets go lets go drive thru times a car standing on window from last 1:30 minutes which sounded so rude. If anyone standing on window that means they are waiting on something or asking something we don’t come, stand and chill on your drive thrus. So better company should provide little training to their employees on customer services.

Tim's Hortons Plaza Blvd Myself and my partner went to Tim Hortons Plaza Blvd he hardly touched his coffee maybe took a few sips at this point the last sip something touched his lip he opened the coffee cup and seen something floating at the top he decided to drain the coffee out and there was a dead FLY!! 😳
