I had a very bad experience with this place today, in the morning I was there to pass an hour as it was so cold outside and didn’t felt safe outside. I usually go there almost everyday in the afternoon, it was my very first day that I didn’t order anything.
As I was sitting there, few people came and sat close to me, they were talking and there was a homeless as well.
All of a sudden, one of the employees came and asked me to leave as per her manager said as probably I didn’t buy anything for the very first time. The reason was the people sitting around me as well as I didn’t order anything. If they had an issues with those people, why don’t they ask them to leave.
So rude to hear from a place where I go every single day.
Hate to say, but will never ever come to this place again.

To the manager of tim Hortons on plaza Blvd moncton nb you are single handed the most hateful narrow minded, deaf to reason, cold-heartedly the most insensitive Human being Tim Hortons is hurting their image because of your inability to lead and manage. You made a low point in my life even lower. I worked extensively to get off the street. Funny enough this all happened on a day that we had donated to camp/smile cookie day
This specific location is by the worst time Hortons The manager is beyond rude I used to come in everyday for almost a month id buy coffee or 2 n bagels for me n my disabled mother n charge our devices.
We havnt ever gave hard time, cleaned up after ourselves and that whole time never asked a single staff or customer for anything. On the last day i was there I had a sweet elderly woman get my attention and we chatted just like a normal conversation in turn I told due to financial issues I. Was homeless sleeping in my car with my disabled mother, we chatted had a few laughs n departed iwent out to my car as i was having neuropathy issues as im out there i had a staff member come outside call out to me n hand me a bag which had 2 sandwiches. Figuring where my mother was still inside didn't think anything of it till I seen a supervisor come out then thought here we go. I was asked did I buy tht or was it given to me said ur staff member came out got my attention and handed it to me. I told her give me 2 mins I have neuropathy n my feet were on fire and we can figure out the issue she said NO u can keep them so I sat down to put my shoes on n my mom comes gets in the car and says tht the manager had banned you( so im banned for what? Didn't solicit anything ever) whos also a support personall for my mother who's a Palitive care client ontop banned my mother a 59 year old type 1 diabetic heart attack/stroke survivor with PAD not for doing nothing other then being my mother and that she was associated with me. But the guy tht used to hang around used to ask staff including the manager for spare/leftover food and for money. I was so appalled by this manager plus after last 10 years working in retail ive never seen a place formally ban someone or people from accessing their property without informing ramp for PPA or without providing a form/ letter stating that we've been banned all I personally got was verbally through my mother who was banned for being associated with her son. The other staff members( blue shirts at the timen)always nice helpful friendly n respectful as we are to them. The supervisor was about 2.5/5 but the manager im sorry I cant even give u an actual number- u lack any form of empathy, compassion, respect, general care or sympathy for human being. Find all of this to be disgusting and clear sign of unjustified misconduct and as long as it is i hope someone reads this n shoes the real person behind the cover. Too worried about her dodge dart n driving staff young female staff member around. Thanks if your reading. I will check my review from time to time as tim Hortons do state that if they dont like customer reviews they hold the right to delete ur review.
Very poor service on drive through by Indian girl, firstly she didn’t understand the order then she started shouting “PLEASE COME TO THE WINDOW “ so we did and then she started taking order in very rude way and spoiled my entire day. Then i refused to order because I can’t tolerate rudeness, i was paying for a nice cup of coffee but she ruined my day .
Please don’t do this job if you don’t have patience and respect for others specially for your own community , or take a day off but please don’t be so rude with others, you have no idea what’s happening in others life and you are troubling them for cup of coffee . I would never comeback or neither I recommend.
Incident happened around 2:28pm Wednesday 5 november 2025.
Tim Hortons has gone to hell in a hand basket! I am done with that place. Over a 35 year customer and lost due to every current issue on going in Canada at the moment.

Today, Oct 20/25 I was sworn at by an employee at 10 Plaza Blvd without provocation. Thankfully, I never had an experience like this with any other organization or business in my life. I am from this day forward completely dissolving myself from buying anything anywhere from Tim Hortons and it's parent company Restaurant Brands International affiliated fast food chain brands.

The staff at this Tim Hortons are not only careless with orders but seem deliberately irresponsible.
Most mornings at drive through, I order an egg and cheese sandwich on a biscuit, yet 5 out of 10 times they give me an English muffin instead. Yesterday, I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches, but they delivered something completely different—probably bacon. At first, I was asked to wait in the parking lot while they “brought it out,” but the food was inedible, and I had to throw it away. It was nothing like the crispy chicken sandwich I ordered.
I strongly advise against visiting this location. The staff are incompetent and unreliable.

This is by far the fastest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I’m usually through the drive-thru in about a minute, which is amazing. The staff are always friendly, and Kat in particular is really kind. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons, great service, quick speed, and wonderful staff!
