Tim's Hortons Plaza Blvd Myself and my partner went to Tim Hortons Plaza Blvd he hardly touched his coffee maybe took a few sips at this point the last sip something touched his lip he opened the coffee cup and seen something floating at the top he decided to drain the coffee out and there was a dead FLY!! 😳
very disappointed. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Went there to get a simple coffee and a bagel with extra butter and jam. The bagel was legitimately hard as a rock, being omw to work I don't have time to go back and complain. The fact that I bit into a bagel that I legit couldn't bite through shows how trashy Tim Hortons has gotten in the last few years. Not to mention they gave me the bagel without the butter or jam on it and expected me to do it..
Quick tip .. if you work customer service, put in the dang service. I will not be returning to this Tim's. There is a limit to how long you legally can leave food out for. And that bagel was out since the morning if it was that hard....
Also the coffee had grounds in it. 6$ wasted on items I couldn't enjoy.
Dietary restrictions: They leave food out from. Morning till close because they are lazy and don't want to rotate product

Half assed job on my flat bread pizza, half the pizza had no sauce no cheese and no chicken and I ordered a large white hot chocolate and he couldn't figure out how the machine worked so I asked for a refund and he said no a refund is too complicated so I ended up taking a normal hot chocolate which wasn't what I wanted or ordered and the service was so bad and slow people were leave the line, it took me 20 minutes to get my pizza and hot chocolate..

Customer service is not very pleasant. Coffee is good but bad customer service makes the whole experience worse. Employees should learn how to talk to the customers properly.

This is the tims that I typically go to when I'm going to work. But this morning when I asked for Chipotle sauce on my bagel blt breakfast sandwich, the food preparer forgot it and their way of making up for that was to just squirt some of the sauce into one side of the bagel. I had asked the order taker to have it spread on the bagel like you would butter but that was not even communicated. I know everyone makes mistake, but if you're going to fix your mistake, fix it properly.

Everything was fine, but he misunderstood the order and gave me the regular size chicken soup combo instead of the large size.
