The French vanilla cappuccino, the hot chocolate and the white hot chocolate are horrible...poorly prepared, they seem to have only water and the coffee is super soft with no coffee flavor!Bad quality in their products!!!

Tim's always seems to have empty shelves where donuts should be. Minimal donut variety.I find this no matter what time I go.The other thing is they put spoonfuls of ground cooked chicken in each bowl of their chicken soup. Every time I come in, all they seem tohave is chicken soup. Also, they no longer have soda crackers for their soup. What's going on with the world of Tim Hortons?

Bathrooms were a disgrace. We had to ask for someone to clean the table twice before we could sit and eat. Wow...didn't expect that kind of atmosphere at a Tim Hortons.

Love this locationThe young lady who served me this morning Was so efficient and working hard. They were clearly under staff and she was taken drive-thru orders while on sandwiches, and was still able to somehow give me my food fast and correctively.I didn't mind waiting but she was really good at her job so I didn't need to.

Stopped by on a drive from another province to grab lunch.One of the cashiers, a tattooed male with a raspy voice and lots of charisma, gave me a nice greeting and order service.However that quickly turned south because all of a sudden I hear screams from what seemed to be a higher up employee, middle aged lady, who was yelling about the tattooed cashier leaving early and not telling her.The male and her yelled profanities back and forth for a solid 30 mins making everyone inside uncomfortable.Dude greeted every new customer with an explanation of his personal situation with the other employee which was just super bizarre.Sorry dudes you might need to check out what’s going on in this one. Super weird.

This is very bad that I ordered via drive through and told them to toast my croissant and add butter in it but they denied and told me toasting croissant can cause fire, like really are those other tim hortan in all over Canada are stupid or only this location is the one who actually knows how toasting works? don’t you guys toast bagels or something? Its crazy ?
