And of course, I love the convenience of their take out dinners. I subscribe monthly & bring them to my senior mom, so she doesn’t have to worry about finding healthy recipes or options. Saves her all that energy shopping, cooking & cleaning.

Vegetarian options: I love the tofu Rainbow Wraps in rice paper with delicious peanut dipping sauce. My fav!

Dietary restrictions: They offer vegan & vegetarian options. They portion control. The nutritional values are listed on the take out containers too!

Parking: Never a problem when I drop in to pickup my order which is always ready to go. Takes a second.

Kid-friendliness: The decor is fun & colourful at the shop/kitchen.

As a busy full time working single mom who strives to eat healthy while also enjoying delicious food - vibrant life meals has saved me in a pinch so many times! Everything I’ve tried is fantastic but the rainbow wraps and chickpea salad are to die for!

Absolutely love this place! I use to spend every Sunday in the kitchen prepping my meal prep and now I can enjoy my time doing other things knowing that I will have super tasty and healthy meals all week. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

I'm not sure what's better - the food or the service! Venessa goes above and beyond to bring healthy meals to the city. Her tofu spring rolls are a personal favorite, but the new smoothies are absolutely perfect! So filling and fresh, and I love that she lists all the ingredients/nutrition info for each and every item.

I came in to get smoothies and a wrap for my wife and I and a mouse ran across the dining room casually. The lady working there just smiled at me as though I was supposed to overlook the vermin. Won't be back. Makes me question a lot of stuff.

Delivery 2 km cost $12.
The large chicken peanut bowl for $17 is 3 oz of chicken. Don't be fooled by the photos. No longer provide limes with it.
Two bite brownie $8.50 marked up $3 from Nirvana.
I get that food is expensive but these prices are not worth what you get.
