I asked for an Asiago chicken burger and the employee rushed me and barely let me get a word in. They kept asking if that’s everything. I got home and I have some sort of beef burger mess with sauce dripping down the sides. Terrible experience.

I meet a friend there a few times a year for lunch. The service is always great and friendly, the food is good. We never feel rushed to leave, which is really nice since we usually have a lot to talk about. ?

sept 29 at 5:37pm i order a single cheese combo and a chicken sandwich i ask for a fresh cooked chicken for my sandwich in like 2minutes i got my order and when i got home the chicken is not fresh it was cooked and it looks like they only put in a deep fryer to heat the chicken ,and i the supervisor made it cause shes helping the sandwich maker and she ask tha cashier about the chicken and the front cash answer she wants freah but still she didn't put fresh chicken for my sandwich

Very friendly staff, had an issue with mobile order but they were able to figure it out fast. Was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait and my order was brought out( including the extra 3 ice waters I asked for at the window) fast and the food was all right. Never had an issue at this wendys.
Visited wendys August 17 at 11:39 AM! Worst supervisor and staff in Wendy's montague! After repeated order, they forgot to put bacon!!! There was also a hair in the added order of salad! When approached them No one took the blame and supervisor was arguing for poorest service! Staff are very impolite!
