On a drive through order they gave us and charged us for 2 extra item that were burgers . Instead of a baked potato with sour cream we got one covered with cheese and bacon. This item got fed to the dog My cousin couldn't eat her Chilli because we didn't get an extra spoon. We got 2 napkins for 3 people. It would help if Wendy's would hire people at this location who can speak and understand the English language. The person we ordered from couldn't understand a word of English It really helps to give people what they actually ask for. The decor is awful.

I’m extremely disappointed with the food safety standards at this Wendy’s location. My wife and I have eaten here twice—two separate visits, weeks apart—and both times she ended up sick within hours (nausea, upset stomach, and severe diarrhea). Myself also the first time.
The first time we assumed it was bad luck and let it go. After the second incident—this time after eating chicken—there’s clearly a food handling or sanitation issue. We won’t be returning, and we strongly recommend others be cautious until this store addresses its food safety practices.

I asked for an Asiago chicken burger and the employee rushed me and barely let me get a word in. They kept asking if that’s everything. I got home and I have some sort of beef burger mess with sauce dripping down the sides. Terrible experience.

sept 29 at 5:37pm i order a single cheese combo and a chicken sandwich i ask for a fresh cooked chicken for my sandwich in like 2minutes i got my order and when i got home the chicken is not fresh it was cooked and it looks like they only put in a deep fryer to heat the chicken ,and i the supervisor made it cause shes helping the sandwich maker and she ask tha cashier about the chicken and the front cash answer she wants freah but still she didn't put fresh chicken for my sandwich
