BU Cafe is truly a hidden gem on George St! Cozy, warm, and beautifully aesthetic—perfect for a relaxed brunch spot. The food was outstanding. I absolutely loved the smoked salmon with eggs and the bulgogi eggs benedict—authentic Korean flavors done so well. Everything was incredibly savoury and satisfying.
