⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BU Cafe is truly a hidden gem on George St! Cozy, warm, and beautifully aesthetic—perfect for a relaxed brunch spot. The food was outstanding. I absolutely loved the smoked salmon with eggs and the bulgogi eggs benedict—authentic Korean flavors done so well. Everything was incredibly savoury and satisfying. I absolutely love love love Whynot Bu! It’s my all-time favorite breakfast and lunch spot in all of Moncton.
I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and have never once been disappointed. The food is always delicious, creative, and made with so much care.

And Kim—she’s truly the kindest, sweetest soul. She makes you feel special the moment you walk in the door. She always takes the time to chat, and her hugs are legendary.

Found this spot this morning! What an amazing find it was! Quaint little spot, with a great atmosphere. The staff were so welcoming. The menu was impressive with so many tasty options. Opted for the avocado and bacon eggs benny with roasted potatoes! It was delicious! Enjoyed with a Turmeric Ginger pot of tea! We highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you!
