I ordered the spicy California roll, spicy salmon roll, and a bbq pork meal. I don’t think I took a breath of air while eating, it was that good. Will definitely be back.

HUGE rolls, everything was so tasty!! salmon melts in your mouth, and they even threw in an extra one! :) shoutout for the perfect salmon to rice ratio as well. i'll be back soon for sure!

From the outside, you may skip by this location, however once inside you are in for a treat. The rolls and sushi are very reasonably priced and of excellent quality. We also had the vegetable tempura which had an amazing light tasting batter and were very crispy.
The staff were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions and needs.
We had a young one eating with us, and they brought him a little metal plate, spoon and fork that just seemed so thoughtful.
We will definitely be back here again. Coming from Toronto, we were concerned on finding a good sushi place locally, and I think we have found our go-to location.
If you’re on the hunt for the best sushi spot in Moncton, look no further. Yanakee is absolutely unreal. The kitchen’s on point every single time, and their sashimi? Fresh as it gets—like, you can taste the quality. That’s how you know you’re at a proper sushi bar.
And don’t even get me started on their ramen. It’s piping hot and packed with flavour—honestly, the perfect bowl to warm you up on a crisp fall day.
Straight up, this is the best sushi joint in town. We hit it up at least twice a month, and it never misses.

The only downside is the ramen—while the broth and toppings are decent, the noodles taste like they came from a grocery store packet, which is a bit of a letdown. That said, considering the affordable pricing, it makes sense.
The restaurant itself is lovely, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The servers are attentive and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. If you’re looking for great sushi and a warm environment, Yanakee Sushi is definitely worth a visit, just manage expectations with the ramen.
All the foods are delicious, and the server is kind. Their udon(🍜), chicken teriyaki(🍱), and sushi(🍣) are especially amazing!! I had a wonderful lunch with my family here. I’d love to visit again. 😍

The maki board we got was out of this world. Some of them had the same base, but each had a little touch (different sauce or something else). The kids' menu was top quality, and my son took the pork bbq. The restaurant is great for kids. They had kids chopsticks and so on, and they really made an effort. The service was very good. My wife always drinks a lot of water, and she is getting refilled almost as soon as her glass is empty.
