Found this little gem of a place on our drive from Quebec City to Wolfville, NS. It was only a few kms off the highway and suited our needs for a one night stay. Had a cocktail on the dock on the river on the beautiful day that we arrived. This was a wonderful quaint and quiet place.

Largely felt ripped off by my experience here. Very expensive and had to quibble over advertised services.

Make sure you clarify what is and what is not included in your stay. We booked here for two reasons:
- two rooms and a pullout
- breakfast was rated highly in reviews

When we arrived we were informed that breakfast was not included because we had booked the larger place which had a kitchenette. This was NOT specified in the booking app.

When I asked for the bedding for the pullout, the proprietor seemed put out and I had to specifically point out the room is advertised as having a pullout.

The place was fine. Largely clean. (Noticed a few mouse poos in corners) No a/c. Gets VERY warm on a sunny day.

Area is beautiful and quiet.

Cost and quibble really ruined our experience.

This location is exceptional with a dock in front of us. We went to the lake via the short hike along the water to see the biggest big ax, a dream location.

Literally two doors away from the Big Axe Brewery and a three minute drive from Nackawic's waterfront and mall. Wonderful home, great breakfasts, friendly and very helpful staff.

We stayed in the Walnut Room for one night and it was great. Clean and cozy with a beautiful view of the river. The shower was fantastic! A small fridge and coffee maker in our room was wonderful. We had a yummy breakfast, and Vasily was a kind host. We recommend this bed and breakfast.

This was our first bed & breakfast & what a high bar they have set for us going forward! We booked last minute & enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night! The beds are comfortable & the rooms are very inviting. The view from the front rooms are incredible! The fridge was perfect for our cooler items - with a little freezer for the ice packs. Coffee provided in the rooms & a coffee/tea “bar” in the hall, as well as a microwave & some snacks/drinks you can purchase. The rooms include a little binder full of information about town amenities & the breakfast options.Breakfast was incredible! The homemade croissants & jam were lovely, & the egg breakfasts were wonderful too! Very nice view of the river while you’re eating. They have a fire pit to have a nice nighttime fire & a dock on the river that is pure bliss to sit at winding down the day!The owners are incredibly inviting & very fun to socialize with! We loved talking about their garden & flowers with them & even enjoyed watching the master fish catcher/mushroom picker ?Thank you for our wonderful experience & we can’t wait to be back!

We were a group of 3 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are most welcoming and gracious. The rooms were generous and extremely comfortable. At breakfast we were served strawberry preserve for our toast that had been made from strawberries that had been picked from their garden the previous day! Delicious and very special.Lovely dock on the river to enjoy our evening read.

I will honestly say, this place surprised me. The owner was a solid dude and he went above and beyond. He’s set the bar really high for other B&B’s. Breakfast was amazing too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an awesome stay! 5/5!

We had a few days with the Captain (Vasyl) and his wife and truly enjoyed our stay. The grounds are well maintained the breakfasts are wonderfully exquisite. the captain treated us well and made us feel very welcome so we would recommend this B&B. My wife and I stayed in the Maple room with hot tub...truly amazing!
