The food is not was it use to be! Soggy! No flavour! They’ve changed the soups they taste awful. The people who answer the phone don’t understand French or English! Broken language! The orders are always mixed up. No use complaining they don’t listen! Warning portion and menu is not the same! Great disappointment!

We stayed in the motel 2 times and both was not a good experience. I had ordered food both times and was very disappointed with what we received. The escargot was burnt to the bottom of the container with the cheese, it was so hard we couldn’t get a fork under it. The club house sandwich was made with left over chicken and it wasn’t white meat just bits and pieces of what was left on the counter and a tiny piece of lettuce. The fries were either soggy or to hard to eat. I ordered a cheese burger with a side of pickles for $19 and I got a tiny little squirt of mustard 2 thin slices pickles that wouldn’t even fit the burger…. And I did not get a top to my bun just a bottom bun and the patty ??? The motel was not clean at all, hair in the toilet seat, and the bedspread had stains all over it. There was only 1 chair in the room even though we booked for 2 people, and NO microwave to cook our own food which forces you to order from their terrible restaurant. We travel through Neguac every year, that will be the last one we stay there.

We enjoyed our dinner so much .... we ate everything we wanted , they had full supply of everything!! Kids meals spaghetti and hotdog. And mussels and fish n chips and Chicken balls and rice And oh my we ordered more i just cant remember, we 100% recommend Service was unreal , the woman was so great and we shared stories, we even bought maple syrup to go!!

Very poor experience. Server took a long time to acknowledge us, and then an even longer time to take our order. It was busy so we forgave this, however when she did take our order they were unwilling to make adaptations to rice, food served was not what we ordered and the server disagreed (did eventually get correct meal). Ordered dessert (carrot cake) and it was very small. Had to walk around the restaurant to find our server as well as they didn’t come back. Overall a lunch took us over 2 hours, the food itself was fine but the overall experience for an over 80 dollars meal was very disappointing as we heard good things and were looking forward to our visit. An apology for the slow/poor service or wrongly served meals would have went a long way.

Had the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. Young waitress on the “diner” side didn’t seem to care at all that we waited forever to have our order taken, brought me the wrong food, tried to convince me that I didn’t order what I ordered, my wife ordered chow mein but it didn’t look like any chow mein we’d ever seen anywhere but she was too afraid to ask for fear of waiting even longer to eat something so she just ate it. The rice was swimming in soya sauce and gross. Then she served my wife the saddest small slice of carrot cake that I’ve ever had the misfortune to pay $7 for. Then to top it all off my wife had to wander around the restaurant to find our waitress just to get our bill. We should have just walked out I don’t think she would have even noticed. I brought my family here after loving a visit I made solo a couple years ago. I was embarrassed to have bragged it up to my wife to say the least. $85 and almost two hours of our lives completely wasted. I expressed my disappointment to the waitress and gave no tip. She just said “thank you”. I don’t think she understood much English.

Ordered take-out and you could see in the kitchen area. Saw the person cooking the chicken and fries etc had no gloves on and was picking inside his nose multiple times and kept cooking, Never washed his hands the 15 minutes I waited for the meal. Also wiped his hands on his clothes too.
