I was there yesterday and it was the BEST cheeseburger and fries ever!! It was real hamburger patties. We will be back!!
The chicken burger is two chicken strips with kraft cheese and a hamburger bun lol it’s insultingly disgusting and they delete the bad reviews lol . Sad because the restaurant prior to this year was great, seems to of changed ownership and it’s no longer the gull and herring even tho the signs still up lol

Surprisingly very good. Had fish and chips (chips being a poutine). The French fries were super crispy and tasty and the fish was perfectly flacky. Definitely a yummy meal. Was a little sad they didn't have any local lemonade like the menu, nor did they have clams the day we went.
We paid 70$ for 2 drinks, 2 meals (burger + fries, fish and chips) Plus a tip

The best fish and chips I think I have ever had. Great red Tartar sauce! Nice view of the Bay of Fundy from the porch tables. Staff is friendly and helpful. Awesome experience!!!

Very conveniently beside the new river beach campground and beach. Our camp stove stopped working and there weren’t fires allowed until 8pm so we were so grateful to be able to come here and get hot food! Staff really friendly and nice to us, or kids and dog, the kids loved the playground by the restaurant. There were kids meals on the menu and they loved the monster cookie ice cream! The views of the water were beautiful. Would recommend.

Ordered a lobster roll, and it was delicious. Packed with fresh lobster alongside homemade coleslaw and garnished fries.... unbelievable.... definitely recommend

We stopped by New River Beach while on vacation from another province. This quaint little place has a welcoming atmosphere and I really enjoyed all their beach themed decor. The staff was friendly, and the food absolutely divine. We weren't expecting much when we ordered, but it was so delicious and delightfully crispy, that it far exceeded our expectations! The prices were also quite reasonable, compared to what we're used to at home. We got chicken fingers with fries and a side of deep fried pickles. The pickles were the best I've ever had and I will be dreaming of them until I can one day return down here. Highly recommend!

When this place was originally reopened a few years ago many people including myself couldn't stop going on about how great it was. Each visit has been a seriously diminished experience ever since. I'm a local and I'm intimately familiar with what fair seafood prices are and I can confidently tell you that they're going to rob you blind. Not just that but they've gone from great portions at a fair price to absolutely pitiful portions for more money. $4 for a big8 water? The whole case likely cost $4-$6.
The wait was reasonable considering how busy it was and the front desk staff were pleasant. $93 for 3 adults from a takeout just made me near faint.
Great fish and chips and poutine. They also serve ice cream and alcoholic beverages. Beautiful view of New River Beach and lots of outdoor seating.
Parking: Entrance to the park costs money, however some people chose to park on the road and walk in.
