We wanted to give a shout out to Up to Par Restaurant in Midland! Delicious food, excellent service and great prices. I had the Tuscan Chicken and it was perfect! So yummy. My husband had a big lunch so he only ordered wings but he liked them as well. The waitress was friendly and timely. She even offered us a free dessert as it was our 25th anniversary. The view was also so pretty from their deck overlooking the golf course. Highly recommend!
Not sure who up to par is trying to impress but it’s not their own community. Seems to me they are trying to please out of towners. The locals want the pub style restaurant we always had before. Menu is slowly getting worse and worse. Not impressed.
Enjoyed a lovely Mothers day meal today at Up to Par. Our waitress Ann was amazing. Provided great service, checked on us frequently and even came out in the yard for a minute to take a family photo for us. She made our meal even more enjoyable.

Up to Par is a casual and relaxing restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. The corn chowder and sticky toffee pudding are particularly noteworthy, and the homemade seafood chowder reflects East Coast fare. The service is professional and friendly, although there can be a wait before being acknowledged upon arrival. However, once seated, the table service is wonderful. This restaurant is also kid-friendly, with a tasteful children's menu that appeals to kids, along with infant seating available. The restaurant is easily accessible, featuring a nice ramp and ample parking. Overall, Up to Par is a hidden gem and a highly recommended destination for both casual meals and special occasions, providing excellent food and a great ambiance for families and diners alike.
