Always love A&W for their freshness and good food. These guys made us wait over 5 minutes for our Uncle burgers. We had a 3 minute drive home, only to discover a very cold burger. So cold the cheese was solidifying again. I won't ever go to this A&W in Oromocto again.

I was waiting for fresh fries, when I watched the manager leave the restaurant with her gloves on. She came back into the restaurant and kept the same gloves on to handle food. Disgusting, would not recommend.

Disappointed with the service at A&W. Staff seemed uninterested and slow, even though it wasn’t busy. Took forever to get our order, and it came out wrong. No apology, no urgency. Food was okay, but the poor service ruined the experience.

Stopped for regular breakfast, only had breakfast on a bun. It was good, not greasy, staff very friendly. The young gentleman took my garbage for me, which was very nice.
Was there today and got the buddy meal ,was not happy the burger was thin as the cheese .,all i could taste was the onions

Food was fine, however restaurant was less than clean - bathrooms could use a look at. My husband twice tried to order a burger with just M&K and they just couldn’t understand or get it right. There are better places to go at the round about - choose another one.
