Just came to dine in with my son and girlfriend and we bought 1, 6 piece chicken basket meal and 3 blizzards and it cost 50$ and they made me meet them halfway in the lobby to get food. Not worth 50$, less food for more money

I've tried to like DQ food, but everytime I order the food, it's stale and cold. Not sure if it's just cuz it's DQ or if it's because I'm a picky S.O.B. but tried the burger and the patty was cold and stale made the burger taste like cardboard and the chicken was dry that I wasn't sure if I was eating chicken or bread. The cashier will say they've added the points to the card but not do it and the app won't let you scan your points from the receipt. The only redeeming quality is their blizzard which makes sense. Overall, I suggest you get your icecream from DQ but food elsewhere but I'm just one opinion.

The quality of food and standard of service are reliable. The Wendy's that just opened down the street could learn a thing or two from this DQ. It at least LOOKS LIKE the people who work at this DQ care about about quality and customer service. I have never been disappointed by the grill or chill of this location which is nice. Try the mushroom burger and chicken strip basket with flamethrower sauce.
I have requested to talk to owner about this MULTIPLE times and they have turned a blind eye to it everytime, So itās time to let everyone know about this. Avoid this Dairy Queen at all cost, this place is disgusting and just a whole health hazard in it self, If you want to keep you and your family healthy I would avoid this place and itās management (these photos are from workers who worked at this location and they were all taken within the last month, and you wouldnāt believe the others that arenāt on photo..)????

Went through the drive thru on Wednesday and ordered 2 ice creams , was given the price and while waiting my son said he was thirsty , I then asked at the window for a large cup of ice water. The girl proceeded to tell me the new price for my order. A large glass of water and ice was $4.60 plus tax. Needless to say I advised her to never mind with the water. OVER $5 FOR WATER AND ICE!!!! ARE YOU NUTS!!!.

I just had the most amazing experience at this location tonight. (march 26 around 9pm) I wish I would've gotten the guys name.I come to this location often for a little treat, every once in a while, my blizzard wonāt be as abundant as others.Iām going through a really difficult time and just wanted a blizzard tonight. This all sounds so dumb and pathetic but as I was ordering it, I jokingly told the guy ācan you just make sure itās perfect? iām going through a break up right now and I just really need this to be good.āI got to the window and he immediately told me that he discounted my blizzard for me. He didnāt want to take the extra change for a tip but I made him take it. He then let me know that he was going to make it for me and asked me if I wanted any whipped cream or fun toppings on it at all. Then he came back and gave me my blizzard and a free dilly bar and told me he was sorry for everything I was going through and that he hoped things got better for me. We need more people like this in the world. I couldāve been on my last straw and this boy would have probably saved my life. It just turned my day around completely and I canāt thank this guy enough for the kindness he showed me today. I immediately just started crying when I pulled away cause I just really and truly needed that. Whoever raised this guy, you did an amazing job! This place is lucky to have him and I bet heās going to go so far in life. I hope this can get back to him because I canāt even put into words just how thankful I am that he exists. And my blizzard was perfect of course.
