Ordered a pizza just before 4pm. I was babysitting my granddaughter and had my two young’s kids. My stepdaughter asked me just before 5, if I got the pizza. I said no. Didn’t hear a knock or a doorbell ring. I was shown a video recording and showed the driver drop off the pizza and leave. So the pizza was sitting outside in the cold for close to an hour. Now my kids and granddaughter have a very lukewarm pizza to eat. Extremely disappointed and very angry.

Horrible service. Order was mixed up twice, and the management did not do anything to help. Ended up paying 40$ more than excpected, as they reassured me it was the correct order. Unfortunate experience.UPDATE:Greco has emailed me, and talked through the situation. They issued credits to my account. Happy with the outcome. Thanks Greco.
