Not a great location. Every time I've been here in the last year or so, the food is either prepped wrong with improper ingredients or toppings. Or the food isn't cooked enough. Given them plenty of chances to give me a good experience here but at this point I give up. Not a complete lost cause cus the food and service have been okay in the past, but don't expect much lol.

I’ve sat in several times and the meals were good. I’ve ordered takeout 3 times now and each time it’s different. My order is the same but what I get is very inconsistent. First time was missing details, second time dishes were overfilled, this time they seem only half full. The price remains the same but the portions are certainly missing consistency for sure. Front end staff are always great!

I was in their today with my daughter service was excellent, but after eating the chicken wings I had explosive diarrhea 1 hour after eating the chicken wings! Also ordered takeout chicken taquitos fried and plain that happened to be way over cooked! I'd have eaten their before no problems! Would like to be reimbursed for the lack of quality of.the chicken wings and chicken taquitos!

Party of 3, arrived and was informed that there were no empty tables or booths but that we would be first in the waitlist (advised 20-30 minutes). Host wrote my name & number on the back of a placemat and told me that she would call when a table was cleared. Party of 11 behind us (with no reservation) was offered and seated in the patio! We were not given this option or else we would have jumped on it! Waited 30 minutes in the parking lot - seen several people/groups come out and we weren't called even though waitress/hostess said we were first on the waitlist. We went and did some grocery shopping across at Sobeys. An hour later and still no call back so I called and inquired about a table and why we weren't called. Whoever answered the phone gave me an excuse that they were still packed, I advised them that I seen several groups leave while we waited in the parking lot, she then said "oh I think we did try to call but no one answered" to which I said I had my phone in my hand and no one called. She then said that my party must have been to big - a group of 3! She then said she would try to squeeze me in but I declined as I was tired of excuses and her lying about the situation and why I wasn't called for a table. I explained that perhaps they should have a better system for waitlist, instead of the back of a placemat that probably was tossed (whether by accident or on purpose) and her response was "noted, thanks, bye" and she disconnected the call. Had she admitted that it was lost or misplaced, it would have been fine, but to lie about it and give me attitude it was disrespectful. Never have I been treated or spoke this way and I will not be back.

I had waitress that had a full conversation with people behind me , for a less 20 mins , and pass me 7 times and NEVER even asked me, how I was doing, because if she did, I would of told her then, to take the food back, and I would of got my money back,
Plus there wasn't even any dressing on my Caesar salad
This waitress was more interested with the Conversation, to take care of her other customers on her side, I will not be going back, I should of reed the Comments before going.

I have had numerous issues with delivery orders and not getting the dips or sauces (or the gravy on the poutine once) so I decided to try a pickup order instead. The order said pickup at 1:05 (25 min from when it was placed). When I got here there at 1:10 they said they didn't have an order. I said it was placed online and they then checked the order system and said it didn't make any noise so they didn't see it and it would be another 20 minutes or so. I am so frustrated with this restaurant because when it's right it's really good, but it's just not worth the hassle anymore. - I've been sitting here for 30 minutes and still no sign of the order. Update- I got the order but it was missing one of the items.

I really don't know what happened to the jungle. Jim's in oromocto. Usually the food is good, but I got the bathroom sank and my chicken was overcooked. My wings were undercooked. My friend got a poutin and a Caesar Salad and her Salad didn't Didn't even have salad dressing on it.

We had a very nice waitress, very polite and helpful. The food was good...fish and chips, and the breakfast ...they didn't have any hash browns and I didn't want the bread. I asked if they would be able to give me sausage as a substitute. Well, I got 5 sausages. Loved it. Thank you to the waitress and the chef. Dessert was delicious ...funnel cake with dipping Carmel sauce and whipped cream. ?

Food is great. But the service is lacking. 10 min wait for a greet at the table and order drinks when 3 servers on and only 5 tables sitting. Waitress has not came by once to check in on us once. Literally had to call her over to order dessert. It wasn't busy but got busy while we were there.
