We had a very nice waitress, very polite and helpful. The food was good...fish and chips, and the breakfast ...they didn't have any hash browns and I didn't want the bread. I asked if they would be able to give me sausage as a substitute. Well, I got 5 sausages. Loved it. Thank you to the waitress and the chef. Dessert was delicious ...funnel cake with dipping Carmel sauce and whipped cream. ?

Food is great. But the service is lacking. 10 min wait for a greet at the table and order drinks when 3 servers on and only 5 tables sitting. Waitress has not came by once to check in on us once. Literally had to call her over to order dessert. It wasn't busy but got busy while we were there.

Very slow took us an hour to get our food, my Super Bowl didn’t have any liquor in it, my boyfriends burger was extremely burnt and customer service was horrible..

Waited forever for food when it wasn't busy, ketchup empty at table. Fries reheated and all burnt and gross. Asked for bill, had to wait 20 more minutes. Get it together

Appetizers came out 2 minutes before meal. Served 3 meals said she would be right back we assumed with 4th and last meal for table bit she didn't come back. Took us forever to get her back to the table and when we questioned the missing meal she looked confused. So she ran out back and said it would be 5 minutes. 30 minutes later after the rest of us had finished eating our meals she brought out a plate which wasn't even what was ordered. The meal was removed from bill. I had ordered a burger with no fries and they still charged me full price for the meal.

Great atmosphere for family with their jungle theme decorations. I've eaten in plenty of times and have many different options.Their food is usually decent. Nothing hay stands out that's outstanding or over the top. If you're a family that doesn't feel like cooking, it's a decent spot to get out for a bite. If you are up for the short drive to Fredericton, my suggestion is to skip JJ, and you will easily find better food for the same price. Or drive 4 km's up the highway to the Irving Big Stop / Blue Canoe. They always have great food.Today, 24th February 2024. I had Chicken Nachos and Mozza Sticks Door Dash. Took friends out to eat todayI ordered the fish and potato skins fish was not cooked and the skins over cookedThe others ordered burgers which were fine but fries were way over cooked near burntNever said anything should have don’t like making a sceneBut when a meal cost 98.57 it needs to be mentioned at leastVery disappointing to say the least
Ordered a burger and the monster grill for take out and the steak was over done and one side burned the burger was over cooked fries were dry would not get food here

If you've got time to wait, this is the place. They've mastered the art of making you wait. I've been here for an hour and the kids food just came out at room temp, one meal was missed and the adults are still waiting....The hostest, while having incredible posture, someone should teach her expression, personality and to smile. Though, her stone face may crack. Her personality could take a lesson from a door.I haven't reviewed the food. It still hasn't come.Update, two adults of 5 have been fed"Eat. Pay. Leave!" .... I wish I couldLatest update.... . Food came. It was ok. We were starving. A wet napkin and rim lemons would have been delish at this point. My wings may have been cooked twice. They were tough.The young lady working seems to be working a nightmare. She was nice, but should really learn the beers being offered. Rather than needing to go check both times asked, just take a minute and learn. Or write a cheat sheet. But then again, you wouldn't have to wait.Anyhow, I wouldn't let my review deter you from visiting this place. Everyone experiences things differently. You may have more time, and be less hungry. I dunno.The "it's Miller time" fluorescent light was dope.I think that's it.Oh no, last thing. I cracked a joke when the waitress offered sundaes to the kids. I said, yeah, they'll get them on Sunday .... Oh we all laughed and laughed
