Was so cold inside my food was cold before I was halfway through eating.. had to wear my coat inside. Bathrooms even colder. Had to return fries right away because they were cold, (wife and I were the only ones there it was not busy) Chicken was sooo greasy, and I dont know who cuts the chicken but why is there rib bone pieces in the thighs?

One of the worst KFCs in Canada! Put a pick-up order, went after 40 mins when they said it would be ready, and they didn't even start (no one else was there). They have also cancelled orders in the past. They also have no heating on in the middle of winter. Food is also overly greasy and sometimes cold. Lackluster service, lackluster atmosphere, horrible kfc branch overall. 1 star is generous.

Not helpful at all. My fountain drink was all carbonated water. They offered to SELL me another drink. A drink was supposed to come with my meal. They wouldn't replace my drink or fix the machine. Terrible service.

I ordered on the DoorDash app for pick up three times. I have done this and every time the staff does not start the order until I show up for pick up if I had the time to spare, I wouldn’t be doing pre-orders I will not be going back to this KFC as they are a reliability.

Honestly order from Fredericton and by the time you get there it will be done. This is literally the worst KFC in the nation. I don't know what they are doing, but it shouldn't take nearly an hour to make two chicken sandwiches.

Ordered online. Went to the store after about 25 minutes figured that would be enough time to have it ready or almost. I waited another 35 minutes in store so in total almost an hour for “fast food”. Service was also sub par. I was not the only customer in this situation. There is a reason I’ve only been to this location twice in the 2 years I’ve been back in Oromocto. If you want chicken in Oromocto I recommend just going to Mary Browns across the street from KFC, or maybe even the superstore chicken it’s just as good as KFC with better service.

They’ve forgot part of my order 3 times in a row. I want a refund!! They don’t answer the phone. I have to wait for “fresh” chicken EVERY TIME and it’s garbage when you get it. Tastes like it’s been sitting there all day. Maybe get some English speaking employees so someone has a clue what’s going on.
Worst chicken i ever had. The chicken was uncooked, super oily, smelly, too salty, chewy batter. The fries were uncooked as well. Never eat here, close this place.

The service here is absolutely awful. No customer should have to fight to get what is included in their meal! If the customer pays for 3 sauces in a 6 pc tender meal...don't act like you have no clue why said customer wants plum sauce. We drove by other locations to stop in to this one as it's right off the highway...don't bother. Keep driving The cashier's were both rude. I watched them argue with a customer then laugh when she was mad that she couldn't get her mayo. Took over 10 mins to order and close to 15 mins to get the food. The whole time a cashier swept the lobby and didn't help with the busy time. We won't be back for sure.

The staff is painful there was a girl at cash who did not even ask what my order was she just stood there checked out so we left went to Mary browns and got chicken and survive right away wen back today and they always say 30 minutes like your a chicken place with no chicken the cooks at this place should be fired my god there slow and the mess up every order

Asked for no sauce on a sandwich and they just give you meat and bread. None of the vegetables because they don't understand what I was saying when I said. No sauce, no sauce means no sauce. You still want the vegetables that come with your meal?
