The quality of the food was terrible, greasy, under cooked even the coating was poorly done, for what the charge it would be nice to get a half decent meal.

IDK what happened to this KFC Store. But I had the disappointing experience. I ordered online using the app. My app says it's ready to pickup by 6:11 PM and it took me 20 minutes to get served. However I understand the long waiting time because it happens. What I did not like are these: First is that the people who came after me got served and gave food first, then when I got home my chicken is not all dark which I specified in the app. And what I did not like the most is the cashier sorta raising his voice towards the kitchen staff and as well as doing motions such as slamming the hands on the table...

Have gotten our order wrong several times..and when trying to get it fixed the staff gave nothing but attitude to sand tk top it off the food was soggy and cold so I really wouldn't recommend this location to be honest . But if you want really good chicken go over to Mary Browns instead

My wife placed a pickup order, I go pick it up today at 445pm. I go in, it's there ready. I get to the truck and it seemed kinda light for the order my wife and I agreed upon. So I go back in to confirm I have everything. I am met by a rude cashier, saying of course it's everything, and sends me off. I get home and then realize it was indeed missing the large chicken bits. So I take pictures and head back. I get there show the pictures to the same cashier, he obviously remembers me, doesn't say much comes back with what turns out to be cold chicken bits. He mumbles something and just heads straight back to the kitchen. All the food was cold, the chicken was disgusting and to top it off the staff was horrible.
I do not recommend this restaurant ( location) for anyone! If you want some good chicken, go next door to Mary Browns!

I am a doordasher and one of the Managers there is supper rude not only to me but to other Customers he talks down to his Employees as well he is Very unprofessional.

I placed order for 3 chicken tender combo with honey mustard paid $15.86 in drive thru. Part way down the highway I checked my order and they gave me the wrong order 3 piece chicken i drove 15 minutes back and spoke to manager explaining the issue he apologized and replaced my order and gave me a refund on my bank card for same amount. Today I checked my bank statement and instead of crediting me for the screw up he charged me another $15.86 for the same order in other words instead of getting a free meal for their incompetence I paid almost $32.00 For this free meal, words cannot describe my anger and incompetence and frustration with this business and how poorly run they are.
