The chicken there is never a cooked fresh. Its reheated. Probably more than once. You can tell by the color of the skin. Also, it's so dry you can hardly swallow the damned stuff! Years ago they cooked it fresh. And people didn't mind waiting. Get back to that!! And last but not least look at the people running the place!!

Worst meal I've ever had. The fries were ice cold. The chicken had to have been reheated more than once, so tough you couldn't chew it. Mine went in the garbage. Waste of money. I'll never goback there.

I went into the store to get a meal. I stood there for 5 min, no on served me. I left and went through the drive throgh. I got served. I explained to the staff what happened, im not sure if the drive throgh person knew what I was talking about.There were people in the store eating, only me at cash.In the future, please respect the customer and not leave them waiting for 5 min to be served.The store was not busy.1 car in the drive throghThank you.

This is not the first time I’ve come to this restaurant and the fries taste like they’ve been sitting for hours! Disgusting! Fresh fries should be made as they do have a shelf life! Speaking as a former kfc manager!

Have nothing really good to say the food tasted like it was sitting in grease all day. Went there once before and it was terrible but thought I would give it another chance. Will not go back again. With that being said the young lady that was waiting on me was friendly.
arrived at 930pm and they didn't have any chicken or gravy and laughed because she said they were about to close...30 min still opened and no food.... won't be back

Still waiting for my good twenty minutes later. Came out of the washroom and they gave my order to someone else. Took several minutes for a staff member to listen to me asking. Then another six minutes to come back with a fresh order. People in line hadn't even ordered yet. I've worked in fast food with small teams. No reason for this.Sitting down with it I had to edit this review to review the food. There's no indication there'd be mayonnaise on this burger I'd have asked for none. AND the amount of mayonnaise on this burger made it inedible. I've wasted my money and am too late to even waste time asking someone to refund my money.

I just bought a 12 piece chicken with fries and gravy. Had a coupon so it was $28.99 then taxes. When I got home and opened the bucket, they only put 10 pieces in the bucket. I live 45 minutes away so it's not like I can just go back and get my other 2 pieces. Check your meal EVERYONE BEFORE you leave the store. NOT NICE guys...
