Missing straws, missing sauce, wrap was the wrong one ordered, no receipt in the bag, no extra ketchup as requested, no napkin and huge mess in the bag and eventually on my clothes, and to top it off, they disconnect their phone so you can't even call to complain. 35dollars is not "cheap" to many and if you want to up your prices, up your service. This is ridiculous.

I ordered the spicy egg and hashbrown wrap. That was Wasabi spicy. I had the sweats on the first bite. Don't order unless you can handle extreme spicy.

Ordered 2x 10 piece nuggets got home to discover thats there was a 4 piece and a 6 piece in the bag was unfortunately busy to confirm what was in the bag that on me but how hard is it to get a simple order right ? Would not recommend this location at all.

2230hrs October 28 Waited almost 10 minutes for a sausage egg McMuffin. I was very patient. Kevin and his team brought me the McMuffin along with a complimentary pie. Excellent customer service.

Ordered 2 burgers with only ketchup cheese and bacon, all I could taste was the pickles and onions that had been sitting on the burgers that they then peeled off because they were premade out of laziness. The fries I ordered were barely cooked, and to top it all off they didn’t give me any nugget sauce. Stuff like this happens more often than not and I’m done with this place.
Save your money and go to Wendy’s or something. Awful quality, awful employees.

First time I went in to order, watched me walk in and I stood there for 5 minutes with at least 3 people at the counter doing nothing so I walked out.
Another time went in for a coffee and listened to what sounded like a manager power tripping for his discount and going out of his way to give orders to all the staff how to do their job.
Last time ordered a double quarter pounder meal, got a McCrispy one instead.
