Friendly staff. You always get what you ordered at this McDonalds... Alright. You changed my mind. For the last few months you have gone down hill. 4 out of 5 visits through the drive through my order has been either totally wrong or missing something. 4 out of 5 visits... Not great odds. Either change the staff or change the management. I'm rooting for the ladder here. And tonight your Coke tastes like your line cleaning agent. Well... Never again.

Every time we order (either delivery or drive thru) an item that we’ve ordered is missing. Or the food is cold. Or the soft drinks are basically water. And half the time they act like it’s the customers fault for the food being made incorrectly.

Been getting pickles on the side because my autistic son loves the pickles but can’t eat them if they touched anything. Have done it at this restaurant and the one in Fredericton but the lady who came over the speaker was quite rude and nasty and said make note of this we are doing it this one and only time and no more. Seriously lady, when I was pregnant I asked for extra pickles on the side and they did it everytime for the past 14 years I’ve lived here.Not sure how the management keeps their job because this isn’t the first time they’ve been nasty there.If it wasn’t for the line up and I was stuck I wouldn’t have bothered and went to Wendy’s.Do better McDonalds

Ordered a crispy chicken combo, unwrapped my burger & it looked like it was slapped together.Plus it looked like it was sitting for a bit and then put in my order ??. Wasn't impressed,
Asked for 4 sausage mc muffins and a large drink came to window they asked if they had no egg I said egg on all they said so no egg I said egg they put egg on them and didn't add the drink.

Got gas as we were heading out on a roadtrip while my passenger was able to grab us some lunch for the trip. Couldn't get my PC Optimum card to work at the pump (I only have the little key tag one) so I missed out on some points but oh well.
