Usually don’t do bad reviews but this place is getting ridiculous, my as-well go inside cause they make too many people wait going threw the drive threw , waited almost 20 minutes for two happy meals and a McDouble meal. Food was cold. Do better.

I ordered food through the drive through. A coffee and breakfast sandwich. I was parked for the food, the runner was bringing other food out, said she would check on my order, then more food came out and I decided to go in. She told the manager I was waiting for 10 mins for my food and the manager when off aggressively for a few mins at me, asking me multiple times what I ordered after reading my order off of her screen, then she asked me if I ordered other food. I stopped responding when I realized I she was in the throws of a manic episode. I told her to get the food I paid for, she did.The staff stood around looking at me like I was trying to run a scam, one was smiling and the rest had their backs to me.I worked at McDonald's 3 years in my youth and I know that this is not common practice. It's the end of an era McDonald's.

I used to do mobile order while I am waiting for my order . Gurleen (crew member) was so rude the way she talked it’s not polite at all . She told me what are you waiting in rude way . Her attitude was not good with customers .

Go here everyday, on the week it's great no problems, however if you hit drive thru on the weekend it's horrible, 4th week in a row I've gotten the wrong order, not just something missing but someone else's order, they give you the drinks at the window so at least those qrw right.

My hubby & me get Children's Happy Meals for Lunch or Supper. Reason for this its cheaper, you can get chicken nuggets with sauces; French fries and a small pop . Or Hamburger with ? and a pop. This only comes to approximately $11.54. Where can you get 2 meals for under $15?Parking: At the Oromocto MacDonald's there isnt a large parking lot. Not enough places to park & hard to get by other cars in the lotKid-friendliness: Very patience with the school children, whether little ones with their parents or teenager's from Oromocto High ? School + the Elementary School. They have a path from both schools to MacDonald's.

Tables are usually sticky, and it's the exact same PlayPlace since probably 1975. The staff are usually friendly.Parking: Limited parking, can be difficult to get in and out of lot.
My five star score without a doubt goes to the staff who work here, When I get a McDonald's order anywhere else, there is a distinct noticeable drop in quality when compared to this particular McDonald's. Not to mention that the service staff at the window at the counter are always so nice, polite and engaging that. I genuinely feel like they wanted me to come. I totally understand why many McDonald's do not have that level of service, but I think it takes a special group of people who are able to work in the fast food industry and provide a level of service and food quality like this, thank you very much. You all deserve a significant raise!

Place an order and had to pull up to numbered parking to wait. For 1 Big Mac Combo. People pulled in after me and everyone received their orders but myself. Came to my car with 3 orders that were not mine, they don't even know which car to go to.I waited over a half hour and still no one came to bring my order. Went into restaurant, no order ready, they forgot about me. Put my order together, no sorry, no thank you from the manager and she served me.Handed me the bag and turned around and walked away. Very sloppily made too. .Asked for the owner to call me, thet did not even bother. This is the reason I will not support their businesses anymore. Obviously they don't care. Not impressed at all.

Cold food. Extremely dirty restaurant with no apparent desire by the staff to fix the issue. I'd like to say this is an isolated issue but it's become the norm.

We waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting for breakfast. There weren't a lot of people in the dining room and no note about anything that would affect service. There were also over 10 employees working that we could see. We made it with 5 minutes before breakfast closed but I feel bad for those who got in line at 10:30 and weren't able to get their breakfast. Then we got home only to find out one of our hashbrowns was missing. We drove back for our hashbrown and was told they couldn't replace it but they did give us fries and an orange juice. So not only were we made to wait over 30 minutes to order and didn't receive our food until we had sat there for 45 minutes, we were denied one of the things that we wanted.
