Nice looking place at first. just came to cfb gagetown and worked until 7 when the kitchen is closed, ordered from here and the donair plate is not priced on their menu and is nearly 20$ alone which I thought was weird and didn’t know until I was at the store, I pickup my order, head back and it’s freezing cold. They must’ve dumped the remains of the tomato in the donair and didn’t heat it or put it through the oven. Down 25$ for a freezing donair plate with sprinkles of French fries in it and a bottle of pop.

Would give minus score. Delivery person lied and said that they called me 5 times and left a voicemail. Never received any call. Called me a liar. Terrible experience and alas no food. Clowns.

The level of service is beyond excellent, always above and beyond! Donairs are perfect. Asking for specific changes to menu items has never, ever failed me. I can't think of another place that gets it right, every single time; these guys do.I'll be a loyal customer forever.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 garlic breads. AWFUL! I'm not even sure the garlic bread had cheese even though they said it did. Was so dry and like chewing on Jerky. The sauce for the garlic bread was terrible, overly sweet, clumpy, and felt/smelt like someone puked in a cup and called it good.Pizza was so dry and tough, big slices and lots of toppings, though. I'm not sure any amount of dipping sauce would help.The person I spoke to on the phone (both to order and then complain) was very nice and had no issues there. Offered to make a pizza themselves next time, which I politely declined as I won't be back unless something changes. They let me know they would pass the message along to a manager or owner.Was also more expensive than what I was expecting. $80.
