Don't eat here.. ordered 2 pitas. Before I could even decide what veggies went on it they had the chicken 'grilled'. The vegetables and chicken may have hit the grill for 10-15 secs before they placed it on my pita. My pita and my wife's were barely warm and both included chicken. I'd much prefer it being hot if it's going to cost 30$. It's pre cooked chicken I hope... Still left me worried.

As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was annoying the staff for being there. He was not interested at all. Go work somewhere else if u hate it that much!Falafel pita was good, as it usually is at other pita pits, but veggies definitely could have been fresher.

Hard Truth
This place used to be decent but now every time I leave i swear it will be the last time I go. They try to put on the very least amount of toppings to the point that you have to ask 3-4 times to get what you want, that’s if they dont put ten time more than they put on the first time and totally ruin your pita. They shouldn’t be taking payment before they make the pita if they are unable to make it the way you want. Communication is a real challenge at this store.It would probably be easier to get what you want if you used google translate and both parties spoke in their mother tongue.They will put all the sauce you request on one end of the pita and when you ask for a little on the other end you get a half litre effectively ruining the pita.But people say we should pay the fast food workers 20$/hr lolGo order 4 times at any fast food restaurant and see if at least half of them aren't wrong.20$/hr requires a skill and screwing up simple take out orders is not a skill.

I have severe allergies. And the staff at Pita Pit was able to not only make the most delicious Pita ever but it was free of everything I'm allergic to. They took all of the steps necessary to make sure I didn't get sick.

Dont waste your time if you have a limited amount. ALWAYS shortstaffed. Some days staff decide they just wont answer drive thru, but will let you sit there with the Open sign on, wondering whats going on. Maybe time to close this Pit down. Negative 10. Will never go back.

Was aked to wait at the drive thu then was i had to come inside cause drive was temporarily closed.Went in side to find one person working.Was told they where out of yogurt to make smoothies and had no chicken.Wait was long despite not been overly busy

Use to go here, not anymore but want to come back here delicious food and drinks staff are respectful they even gave me a Pita Pit colouring book 5 years ago which was very nice of them thank you the only 1 star would be the atmosphere it was very loud different people working there now then back then they blast their heavy metal music which can be really loud but do like some heavy metal stuff can’t say I don’tEither than the heavy metal taste it’s a great place to be.

The service was below average. I was told the pitas on the menu didn't exist so I was told to pick chicken no beef at all. My pop was flat twice after paying 5$ for a pop. We were absolutely gouged and gutted with how terrible this was. Would give 0 stars if I could. On top of all of that it took 15 minutes for buddy to make our pitas because he was making the drive-thru a priority over the customers he already had taken the order my chicken was burnt. So so disappointed and rotten lettuce. Gross. Will not return to this location.
