I called at approximately 12 noon to place an order for pickup. Was put on hold, which is no big deal…. Except I left the hospital parking lot, drove down to Superstore, parked and still nothing. I waited a little longer and when I was left on hold for over 5 minutes, I hung up and ordered from elsewhere. Ridiculous amount of time to be on hold!
Refused us service we had 9 people. Offered to sit as 2 tables but they still refused but seated 3 while we talked and seated 4 more as we were leaving. Will not be back!
Bought dinner here on Easter to bring to my family. Was embarrassed to serve it to them and they convinced me to go get a refund and return it.
Drove back to Pizza Delight and the owner would not stand by their product and honour a refund.
