Last two times I have been there has not made me want to return. Went through their drive thru and got thw wrong sub waited an additional 15 minutes to have it fixed. Last time I waited 20 minutes to have sub made due to poor team work.

Twice now I've left this store empty handed. The workers there need to prioritize customers there in person over anything else. Tonight there was no customers inside mabe 1 veh in the drive through. I waited and waited but seems like one person was filling orders with one guy stocked chips. He could have dropped what he was doing and made our orders. The same time there was several people in back or to the side hidden. You really need a proper manager there, one who knows how to properly employ people to achieve the best results. Prioritize customers FIRST! Then when it's slow you dice veggies, make bread and stock chips!

Popped into this Subway today and asked the sandwich artist to make their favourite sub honestly, one of the best decisions I’ve made all week. The sandwich was amazing and super fresh! You could tell they actually cared about what they were making.
The staff were friendly and polite from the moment I walked in. The place looked really clean, the prep area was tidy, and everything ran smoothly. My order was done fast but not rushed, and the employee even double-checked my preferences before finishing it.
Overall, awesome experience, great service, great food, spotless restaurant. Definitely coming back here again! 👏🥪

Have to argue with staff to get topping, order a power bowl and they put 4 pieces of spinach, had to ask for more and they refused, same for oignons. The guy touch literally everywhere with his glove and when I asked for him to change his glove he just refused. Worse subway I ever went, don't waste your time and money.

I order door dash from this subway alot, they seem to struggle with my flatbread 4 or of the last 5 times. I have to say they make it right when I call. Infact today I spoke with Brayden and not only did he handle my frustration professionally, he even remembered making my sub a couple days ago.. for the record that was the 1 time it was made right. This is our go to subway and the staff is always friendly and they do what's right when they mess up, however better care needs to go in making the online orders. A big thank you to Brayden for making things right because of them I will be back
