For spending 30-40$ for 2 6” sandwiches and 2 chip and pops they shouldn’t be stingy like they own all the toppings personally. I they are putting on less then half of what they used to 2-3 months ago. And the woman was argumentative about us asking them to add more, who’s paying for it ? Her or us ? Add the toppings and be make the sandwich, your jobs not hard “SANDWICH ARTIST “

The best sub I got in canada I would say. I am from Ontario but I never get this kind of sub. Today on 18 April 2025 whoever girls working in closing shift they made the best sub of my all subs I think. Going on!

If there was a rating lower than zero, I would have given that. This location is worse. I ordered a simple vegetarian Sub online via their app and they still managed to get it wrong. I picked my order and once home, I discovered I was given wrong Sub with bacon and other meats resulting in an immediate allergic reaction. Tried calling their store where repeatedly my calls were disconnected and when I was finally able to contact the manager Ms. Elizabeth she simply said that she can issue a refund. That's it, no remorse for the trouble their mistake caused me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this location at all cost.

Why don't you take some accountability for poor service instead of funneling it through your manager. I got a Veggie sub with 7 pieces of spinach on it via the drive through and your manger said this was standard practice. Give your head a shake.

Unfortunately walked out empty handed this evening. Waited 15 minutes at the front of the line with a massive line behind me while the woman taking orders failed to so much as acknowledge me while she proceeded to only fulfil the mobile and drive thru orders.

Left after she told the lady picking up a mobile order that they did not have enough Herb bread to fulfill her order (this was the kind of bread I intended to get). Not entirely sure how you run out of a kind of bread when you /know/ the dinner rush is coming up but okay.

Anyways, sometimes an “I’ll be with you in a moment” goes a long way, and maybe it would have prevented me from bringing my business across the intersection to Pita Pit.

Why take an online order with a set time? I showed up 5 minutes late to the time I was told and watched others orders be taken and made before mine was. This has happened more than once at this location. Absolutely brutal this store is the worst, the owner apparently has no pride in their customer service. Thanks to this store I will never eat a subway sandwich again in my life. Even though my spouse tells me to chill out.

My family stopped here while travelling and we were NOT impressed.

First of all, the lady ripped up my chicken so that it looked like she gave me more than she did (I usually get more at other subways).

Then, when I told her I like A LOT of peppers, she proceeded to only place 4 pieces of peppers on my foot long sandwich. When I kept asking her to put more, "since I love peppers", she loudly sighed and said "that's all I have here" so I just told her for the fourth time that I really like my sandwich to have lots of peppers and she still didn't go out back to get more.

I also told her we like "just a bit" of salt and pepper but she LOADED that on to the point where my kids commented that their sandwiches were too spicy so they didn't even finish them.

I decided not to get her to remake them as we were in a rush to get home at a decent hour and it had already taken 15 minutes to get to that point (with no one in line in front of me). She seemed more interested in socializing with the delivery guy than she was in taking the time to make our sandwiches to our liking.

I would not come to this subway again if we travel past Oromocto again.
