Very Very poor service.The worst experience i ever had at this restaurant. I order on the App and received a confirmation as well as a pickup time ( 15 min for my order ) I arrive 5 minutes late (now a total of 20min) and my order was not ready. I had to ask for my order and the wait for it to be made. It took another 10 min to get my order. Staff very rude and told me that they complete walk-in order before they start Mobile ordering.Cant say it enough, Very Very poor service.

Every single vegetable tray had other vegetables mixed into it. Literally watched the employee making my sandwich pick onions off my sub and put it BACK in the wrong tray.

On Tuesday April 9th around 4:30 pm I went to this place and ordered a 6 inch cold cut sub on white. Some of the additives were not on display which I had to ask for and they had no regular mustard so I had to take honey with the sweet onion sauce I wanted. At one point I did bite into a hard part of one of a banana pepper ring which the crunch almost made gag. However, what threw me right off which right there and then I decided to never come to this place again is what I saw while I was eating. One employee came out to the eating area with a small square plastic container with water and a paper like cloth and started to clean the table in front of me. He first pushed the crumbs off the table on the floor and proceeded to wipe the table with the cloth and then wiped the SEAT and back of the CHAIRS then wiped the TABLE again. He repeated this procedure on other tables and chairs. When he came back to his container and put the cloth in the water I asked him if I could give him a suggestion he said yes. I said that perhaps he should have two containers of water with a separate cloth in each (ONE to clean the TABLES and ONE to clean the SEAT of the CHAIRS). He turned around and went wiping the remainder of the TABLES and CHAIRS with the same cloth. DISCUSTING! You will never see my face there again!

We ordered a sub and rice bowl today January 6th from the Subway in Oromocto Gateway and my daughter went to bite into the sub and the bacon was not even cooked and she has stomach issues and that would not have been good for her and whomever made the rice bowl did not look at what I wanted I only wanted Ranch dressing and they put teriyaki sauces on it.

Okay, there are key times not to go here, maybe from 1130 to 1300. This is because the base will swamp the store, and obviously, you will have to wait a very long time. Seems to be properly staffed and has good service. Price varies, and it's equivalent to McDonald's prices, but you get more usually.

Since they added the Door Dashing with the store location the service in store has become subpar at best.All mobile orders are treated with priority over people in the store.I got into subway and was told they had three mobile orders ahead of me, that's fine they were started ahead of my arrival. three more orders came in not only after I had been standing there for a lengthy time, but another customer had been there as well.Then to only be told that all Door Dash orders are treated like customers in the store and take priority. So I left the store, and most likely wont be going back if this is their new standard practice of customer service.

We just ordered from here and the service was amazing! A blond girl waited on us, she was super polite, friendly and made us amazing subs!!! Probably one of the better subs I’ve ever had from subway :)

Wouldn't give me a refund even though they messed my sandwich up . The manager made my sandwich and got defensive when I called them out for making it wrong. I will never go back you lost a customer .

Literally the Worse subways I’ve ever gotten from a subway!!!! Don’t waste your money take the 10 minute drive to Fredricton. The sub was made terribly. The bread was soggy! The bacon was literally pink. I’m beyond disappointed. 30 dollars for 2 subs …. Just to eat wet bread. No sauce. The Amount of cheese could make your throw up. Learn how to make proper subs please. Not everyone can afford to waste food. I’ll never return again. Terrible.
