We've gone to this Tim Hortons as a family enough to be able to say they have never once gotten our orders right yet at this location, there is always something wrong or missing and we don't go back because the wait in the line ups are horrendous every time we've gone to this location of Tim's , there is so much disorganization happening behind the counter it's insane, it's like no one working there is working cohesively in an organized fashion at all and their all just doing their own thing, their needs to be a clear *leader leading at this location, we are starting to avoid this location and just going to the Restigouche location now which location wise is less convenient but it's way quicker and they can take an order and I get what I asked for every time with friendly staff and service.

This time we ordered 3 hot drinks , one large DR reg coffee , and one medium white hot chocolate, and a medium steeped tea 2 milk / 2 sugar (and the *steeped tea came back as a *warm milk 😑) and we had a medical apt. To go to so we don't have time to get back into a line up that's going out the door and wait again ..

Just waited in drive thru for 15mins, Atmosphere is fine its a modern restaurant with no character. and I can’t even enjoy the food cause it took so long in drive thru my break ended before I could eat

My experience at Tim Hortons was somewhat disappointing due to a very long wait times. The staff could be more efficient in streamlining service to make it easier for clients. Additionally, the kiosks were not functioning during my visit, which added to the delays. While the coffee and food quality were up to the usual standards, improvements in service efficiency and kiosk availability would enhance the overall experience.

We decided to go to this location after waiting 10+ minutes at the Restigouche location and not receiving any kind of acknowledgement or service. We didn't know that this location was under construction and were nervous when we noticed that. We had no need to be. We did drive thru and the girl assured us they still offered what we wanted. There was no line in the drive thru so we went through very quickly. The gentleman manning the drive thru window was very polite and reiterated our order as he handed it to us so I knew we had gotten what we wanted and there were no mix ups (something we have experienced at plenty of fast food places in the past). All in all we were in and out in under five minutes. Very impressive service considering they are dealing with construction.

Bad experience ,my husband gave order at drive thru and the punjabi girls are laughing because he can not speak proper english the worst customer service ,they don’t know how to treat with customers .
