Went to Tim’s Gateway today (Jan 9) ordered a watermelon quencher. Not aware of the different types the one taking orders didn’t ask if it was with lemonade or frozen twice it was made, they automatically put frozen and not even watermelon. The guy at the window had a beard and I could tell wasn’t happy because the 3rd time he walked away and made a huge sigh so I left and went to the other Tim’s.

When you’re lactose intolerant and ask for no cheese… They put cheese on it and then start driving when you find out so now you have no breakfast…

Asked for toasted bagel with extra butter, bagel wasn’t hardly toasted and the extra butter was a bit extreme. Never had this issue at this location before and always order the same thing everytime.

Stopped in on a road trip, staff were very welcoming and kind. Loved the new oatmeal raisin cookie.

Guys do their best to maintain the wait times. Even if you order 10 minutes before coming in and you still have to wait.

Tim Hortons at Gateway in Oromocto is the worst location I have ever been to. Unfortunately it is the closest to my house. The service is poor and extremely slow everytime I come here. Everyone in line complains. Management needs to do their jobs and sort this disaster out immediately. If the owners do not change the level of service at this location I offer to buy the franchise at this location and make a difference, this is absolutely unacceptable!!

Waited 26 minutes in the drive thru just to get a coffee. Made me late for work as I was stuck in the drive thru line. This place has gotten worse and worse.

VERY rarely are my orders done correctly when I go to this location. Today was my last time coming to this Tim Hortons. It’s very frustrating that a simple order cannot be done correctly. I don’t know why they can’t seem to understand what a Farmers breakfast sandwich is compared to a regular breakfast sandwich. It’s on THEIR menu. As she was ringing it in on the screen I saw her ringing it through as regular breakfast sandwiches and I confirmed with her 3 TIMES that it’s the farmers breakfast sandwich with the hash browns and chipotle sauce. She said yes. We finally get our order after waiting in line for 15 minutes, and once again it’s regular breakfast sandwiches.

They’ve continually messed up my order, I ordered a Double stack farmers wrap, NO EGG, and very frequently they put egg in it. Due to an egg sensitivity, I cannot eat eggs. Whenever I try to remove the egg, it breaks into pieces, or the film is left on everything. I even confirm at the window that one of them is without egg, and they still seemingly mess it up.

Coffee isnt good. They took way to long to get out a simple order and still gave us something other than what we payed for. Need people to delegate the work load better. 2 drive throughs is ridiculous with one person on soup and sandwich.

Tried to order wedges at 12:03pm and was told that none were ready and it would be 10 mins to prepare. I’m no genius but you would assume that lunch time would be a busy time for food orders so maybe have some prepared. Don’t offer lunch food if you can’t have it ready for lunch time
