Great iced coffee and wedges. Tim Hortons restaurants are inconsistent but this was a good experience and quick.

This place has gone downhill. Hard job to get a decent coffee. They used to follow those signs. The ones that show you what your coffee should look like with 1 cream, 2 cream etc.How can a one cream 2 sugar look like it has 4 or 5 cream in it?It tastes like they make two pots per one coffee grind pack. I'm not saying this is the case but the coffee is so weak it makes one wonder.

Messes up your strawberry frozen lemonade every time and never gets it right and then still continued to argue and say that it was right and you could see them grab the wrong one In the back round and the diffrent person wokring had to grab a whole diffrent container with the actual strawberry lemonade in it.If I could give 0 I wouldAnd NO I would jot like to speak with your guest service

They are the slowest I’ve been to yet. I stop on my way to work usually shortly after 5am and am guaranteed at least a 15 minute wait even thought I’m unusually the only one there. Horrible service

Stopped in just for a quick tea. Line was long, but it moved quickly enough. The service was friendly but not very professional. I just want to get my order with nothing else. When I placed my order, I was asked if I would like that served with a smile like I was some kind of idiot.Just give me what I asked for and let me get on my way. If I wanted jokes, I'd go to yuk yuks.

I ordered 20 timbits, a toasted cheese bread and a medium tea , It took more than 10 minutes and there were no customers, they also didn't give me the cheese bread, the tea was cold, they changed the cheese ,bread for a stale chocolate muffin, they sell food they don't
I ordered two donuts and 20 pack of Tim bits plus a coffee and drink. Upon asking for the 20 pack of tim bits I also stated I wou like no old fashion tim bits assorted order. For I’m not a huge of the old ashion tim bits. An alright gentleman said he didn’t hear me so I stated once more “I would no old fashion tim bits please” he said “pull ahead” and everything went “Alright” from there. After opening my 20 pack of Tim bits it received all 20 tim bits as the old fashion. I was quite upset and honestly thought it was a joker.I do understand in a fast food workplace sometimes the speakers in a drive-through or not the greatest and hearing a customer can be quite difficult. What I didn’t like is how when I went to the window, the employee was mumbling, and quite rudely responding to me after I didn’t hear him say he was getting me a receipt after I asked. I even apologized for not hearing him.All in all this sucks and a waste of money and gas go back because I trust this sourpuss of an employee to his job correctly that my Tim bits would be all right when I got back home. So up yours oromocto tim Hortons

Food is as expected for a tim Hortons, cleanliness about average, fairly quick service.Staff aren't that friendly or inviting. Really puts a dampener on the whole atmosphere. Aside from that, great place.Parking: Located next to a gas station / McDonald's,The parking for this Tim Hortons is larger then the one for the two store next to it. At least 15 parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessable both into the store and in the washrooms.

Gateway drive Oromocto-I just called about my order TWICE and how it was messed up,First time the employee said he couldn’t help and he would ask a manager. I waited ten mins and called back. Was answered by a woman who ended up being the rudest employee I have ever spoken too. Was extremely snotty and hung up immediately after. I’m so disgusted by this and bothered. I’ve worked in fast food lots so I know what to expect from the customer service. And this was a massive let down. My food was improperly made and I got shut down twice being told I needed to wait, although they weren’t busy. I’m upset with this service and quality of food.
