I went to get breakfast. I got home a realized they forgot the egg on my Sausage and bacon wrap. I called them and told them what happened and they told me to come back and wait in line. I asked if they could make it for us for when we got there because I already had to wait 20 minutes in line and she said no. I told her that’s pretty shitty service. When I got there a girl named Issu told me she’s refusing to serve me because of what I said.she took the wraps she gave us and I didn’t get any food at all. I asked if I could please have the managers number and she refused to give it to me. I was so upset that I had to drive all the way back to return my food for a refund and then she denied my service. I ended up going back in to return my coffee because I was blown away with the service that I was denied.
If you are in oromocto I highly recommend not going to this Tim Hortons. I have been a loyal customer to them for three years and they wouldn’t even make me breakfast after messing up my order.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. We came in and ordered 2 double stacked farmers wraps, they gave us wraps with just bacon and cheese on it, no egg or nothing, then we call to tell them the situation and they tell us to come In and they will make it again for us, we drive all the way back to come in and the lady at the counter which she told us her name was Issu, refused to give us any service at all and wouldn't even remake the food for us. She also took the food back that they messed up so we left with nothing. Horrible horrible service, you guys might want to look into this place and why it's going down hill.

Holly was a joy and is super polite. BUT the other employees are rude and unprofessional. And locking doors to bathrooms is so elementary school it’s not even funny. I am in my 40’s and don’t need to ask to go to the bathroom. Also location is very dirty and there is a mouse infestation at this location. Look at the windows and you will see they haven’t been cleaned in months, gross booger like slim on the walls, and their showcase is disgustingly dirty and you see why there’s mice. Plus I have seen Issue belittle people in front of me like she’s Queen bee. There are a couple nice employees here, but this place is clearly being miss managed and needs a overhaul from the top down, plus should be shut down for extermination of critters and have a deep cleaning it’s that bad. There’s 2 other Tims in Oromocto to use.you wanted more feedback so here you go.

I am tired of my bagel wrappers being covered in butter on the outside. It would be better if the person making the bagels would remove butter covered gloves before folding the package paper closed. They even handed it to me at the window with the butter covered gloves.
However, the window server was super friendly.

Avoid Tim Hortons on Restigouche at all costs... 20 minutes in the drive through. Last week they couldn't serve food because no one was qualified! Crappy service.
