We just stopped here for breakfast and have to say that everyone in the car was impressed! Food is much better than ours at home in Ontario, coffee was fresh and very nice employees!

Ordered a veggie habanero wrap in DT around 6pm Barely any rice mix in the wrap and cherry on the top (a hair in the wrap) totally disgusting experience Called store three times no response on either time

Not only did they screw up the order but the bagel was cut on the bottom about .5 cm. The top part was pretty much the entire thickness of the bagel. The drink was made wrong. The only thing they did right was black coffee. Restrogoose road location Oromocto

We went this morning at around 10:20 and there was a massive lineup in the drive thru so we decided to go inside. There were three people ahead of us. We were not acknowledged in any way by the plenty of staff behind the counter. Three more people came in behind us. We had been there for 10 minutes without any kind of acknowledgement or movement in the line. We ended up going somewhere else and were in and out in five minutes, including the drive. This was ridiculous.

Coffe tasted like was throught the same filter twice that's the second time that happened that's it for Tim's coffee
Farah was at the counter when we placed an order for a large family. She was extremely helpful, maintained a smile throughout, and ensured our food was packed perfectly according to our requests. Thank you!

Had to repeat my order 3 times and even then the order wasn’t correct. My breakfast sandwich was served cold. There is just something wrong with cold fried egg English muffins. When I asked a young lady if I could get my order re-heated, she wasn’t happy at all. This was possibly the worst service I have had in a Tim Hortons across Canada.

We hit this Tim’s at 7 AM for breakfast for a long road trip. We were the only people in the drive thru. While our order was correct, the manner in which the food was presented was completely unacceptable. Astonishingly, the 3 hashbrowns were just tossed in the top of the bag without any wrappers at all. They were dripping grease. The Bagel BELT was so sloppily put together that it completely fell apart when opened. The lettuce was soggy and limp and brown on the edges. Clearly too old to be using. Also, the wrapper was covered in grease from the hashbrowns. The whole thing was a greasy revolting mess. In our trip to the area, we visited this Tim’s several times and it was never a good experience.

When ordering food or coffee the staff as well as the manager speak in their own language. Sometimes we don't know if they are speaking about us (the customer)or something else. Our two official spoken languages in Canada are english and french. I have no problem when others want to speak there own language but I want to here English when I enter a english establishment.

We were vacationing in Fredricton and decided to take a drive , wanted to stop at a Tim’s for a drink and a bathroom stop , we noticed as soon as we got inside how disgusting it was , debris all over the floors , worse behind counter. After going to the bathroom , my husband said “we are not ordering from here” . What has happened to Tim’s lately? There standards are gone out the window?
