Order specifics are gotten wrong every time I visit, usually leaving with someone else's food or not what I asked for. Employees seem to be dismissive/uncaring. I mean it's the fast food industry so I don't completely blame them.

The service has been subpar lately, staff are more concerned about gossiping and talking to each other rather than ensuring that customers drinks are prepared correctly. The last 5 times I've been either through drive through or dine in,my drink and or food has been made wrong. Customer service is nolonger a priority and it's showing in the staff, products and service.

It's frustrating when the menu board doesn't list ingredients, i.e. that a product comes with a sauce. Ordered a sausage and bacon wrap, the thing came with soooo much spicey mayo, it was uneatable. It's not listed as having it, the picture on the menu doesn't show it. When I asked about it, was told I should have known it came with it. I have had this at other stores and it did not come with it. That's why I order it. It may be just the difference in location, but it would be nice if they let you know or even attempted to work with a customer when they have a concern.

You are not sure what you will get when you order. But more importantly the last two times the lids were not on coffee and my husbands coat is covered and my son burned his hand. The guy saw and heard us and ignored the situation.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a decafe coffee, a green tea, a bagel and 2 farmers wraps. The tea was correct, and the food was correct.The decafe coffee was cold-luke warm. I ordered this through drive-thru, so I had to get out of my car and go inside the restaurant to request a hot decafe coffee.After getting my second decafe coffee, it was still cold-luke warm.I went back into the restaurant and requested a hot decafe coffee, freshly brewed. The staff smiled and laughed. I requested a supervisor, and the staff said the coffee would be ready soon. I requested a manager, and the staff said she's in the back. I asked for the manager to come speak to me. The manager blamed the issues on the coffee machine, but no apologies or refunds or anything was offered. I received my hot coffee after 15 minutes and multiple requests for a proper coffee. Now I'm late for an appointment and have cold food. Terrible Customer Service. The bagel had barely any cream cheese. On tip of this, the app doesn't work when you try to submit a review or comaint on the app.

This is my fav timmies joint around oromocto. It's the cleanest of the three... by far. Which is like the only superb thing about it. The food is aight. It's a tim Hortons.BUT, I reccoment at least trying their bagles someday. They're amazing.
