They do not have enough staff, you must use the app only. Went for a morning cofee and waited in line for 20 minutes, they did not serve a single customer from the line. They were overwhelmed only doing online order, who would just bypass the waiting customers.

I normally do not review if I have one small thing that didn't go right or mishap, but the fact that it was several is why I need to express my experience. I went on my lunch break and ordered a loaded bowl (which I have at many other stores) this one had rotten lettuce (black and slimy) and no cucumbers, barely any of the other toppings it was supposed to have. The $16 was not worth the 15 minute wait. The woman behind the counter was not overly friendly, nor did they apologize for the wait (it was not very busy in there, just poorly run). Then I had a $1 any sized Iced Coffee survey coupon I presented and they did not input the code, so I ended up paying full price for what should have been $1. Overall, it was a bad experience, and a waste of money as the food was tossed out and the coffee tasted off.

There is this older guy who works there picking his nose and rear as he works and refused to use the other machine so i could pay for my food.
Place was a good spot till he showed up really.
It takes like 10 minutes to get coffe there while hes on shift.

Server used the same knife to butter my bagel and it had meat crunchs on it. I had to throw it as I am vegetation as well as due to my religious belief I had to travel hungry. There was no other staff. Only one person doing everything. Their machine did not work and server said, please go and use ATM outside and bring cash as our machines not working. 😔
Had such a bad experience. Will never visit this Tim

Maybe have more than one person working cash during prime morning hours (open-10am) people need to be at work by 10 latest and would like a coffee, tea, ect. Quit being cheap and not paying for an extra 2 people when you know it'll be busy. Rather than losing customers cause they can't wait 30-45 mins to get a fn coffee

They dont have a drive through yet somehow you'll still end up waiting 25 minutes for a simple wrap even though the whole store is empty, all the while one fella is working and the 3 others aren't doing shit.

The service was extremely slow, waited in line for about 20-25 minutes when the inside was not very busy, acknowledged the order reader blinking four orders as overdue for online pickup for about 10-15minutes but the line for that side seemed to take a long time for service as well.
When I was served, the attendant was curt and seemed annoyed with my order for a coffee and a muffin, they slapped the coffee down without a word and turned back to their business, but that part was fast.
My blueberry muffin was moist and the coffee was as ordered.
Low atmosphere as a cashier was on the next cash arguing with someone about their order, and most of the wait was spent listening to the people in back chatting as one person in front slowly and silently worked away.
Looking forward to returning someday and being able to order some breakfast before I'm close to being late for work.
