Lacks skill. Few lack basic customer service skills. If you don't want to work there, get a new job.Following a screen that tells you exactly what the order is shouldn't result in the order being wrong.Or, if someone orders mobile and selects a timing. 10 minutes after that, the timing has come and gone. You shouldn't be just getting to it. Organization and time management are key to any business.. Especially a Tim's on base.

I have been in there a few times, and a handful of employees have a constant attitude on them and aren’t welcoming at all.The made food is average, I have yet to have a breakfast sandwich actually toasted. It’s usually warm floppy bread.

Great place. I'm assuming this is the one on base.Personal opinion- in the morning on base it's very crowded. Don't be the guy that orders the entire food menu. Buy your coffee and donuts.... Then leave.You can also simply order ahead of time so you don't hold up the line.Sincerely,a guy trying to beat the line and go to work.
