The food took an hour (even right at opening time), it was expensive for what you got, and the biggest bummer was that the food was actually just really bad.
For example, I ordered a $15 mushroom chow mein, and it was only cabbage, canned mushrooms, and watery sauce without flavour. We ordered 2 combos and (what shoud have been) a noodle dish, and it cost $60.
Any way, not to go on, but you know how when you pull up to a shabby looking dive/greasy spoon, you know it's either going to be REALLY good, or REALLY bad? This one wasn't really good ?

me and my boyfriend came to this restaurant after a long day at the beach during 40 degree weather. despite the heat, being close to closing, and having other take out orders on the go, the person who served us was kind and polite in taking our orders. my dish, the combo #1, was at such a fair price of 8 dollars. my boyfriends dish, the curry, was a bit more expensive at 20 dollars, but his portion was large enough for multiple meals. one thing i will mention is the curry being the only gluten/dairy friendly option. that is as to be expected at an asian restaurant but it’s worth noting for any people hoping to try Good Wok. overall, the service was so quick, with a wait time of about 10 minutes. the meals were fresh, hot, and packaged perfectly. both meals were filling and delicious even reheated. i would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area, or any visitors to New River Beach. so amazing!

I would rate a zero if I could. Terrible customer service on the phone, menu so out of date that we couldn’t even order. Very disappointing! Not even going to try their food if this is how they treat customers

Best Chinese food I've had. Smacks you with flavor and knocks it out of the park every time. Love getting takeout from here with the inlaws. Can't eat in and the place is aged (reason for low score on atmosphere), but the staff make it feel cozy.
Ordered over the phone, was not given a total. Was told "35 minutes" and got hung up on. The menu said my order should have cost $35 and when it was picked up they said it would be $66. Absolutely unaccceptable practice. When questioned and shown the menu the cashier simply said "thats an old menu". ? considering its the one found on google under your resteraunts name, you should probably get that fixed.
