Its better if someone know English over here we ordered something they gave something else we ask them refund they didn’t understand it and they gave us another food We are very disappointed bad hospitality

Very disappointed with service, went to drive thru with 2 mobile orders and was told by cashier that they do not accept more than 1 order per vehicle. Having travelled thru multiple provinces and Tim Hortons this is a first. Why can they not put thru 2 orders? All other Tims gladly accepts 2 mobile orders. Once we got to the window all the workers that came to the window was very frustrated and rude since we told them we need both orders its paid for…..
