Not sure what others are eating but this is more Mexican inspired American than Mexican. Most of the food is served from what seems like cans and by the time my food got to me it was cold, though I did enjoy the atmosphere and everyone was quite nice. The food wasn't good but the service was phenomenal.
We WILL be going back! Large portions with food pleasing to the eye and super pleasing to the tummy! Easy on the wallet as we both were stuffed for $40 including tip. Very affordable. Authentic Mexican atmosphere. Super friendly staff. My husband had Chicken Enchiladas with Salsa Verde. Tasty, very flavorful. My order was Chilaquiles (vegetarian) with Salsa Roja which was too much for me to finish even though I wished I could have! Hubby ate what I could not. The desert which we took out was perfect, not super sweet, just right. Really flavorful, FRESH food. Very clean dining area. Super clean bathrooms. Ample parking in the back. HIGHLY recommend. Will be where we eat when we travel to Plaster Rock or to camp. Or, we will go just to eat at Mrs. and Mr. Chili's!!

Very tasty dish. Loved the rice. For me, i like the temperature of my food to be warmer. Large portions and presented nicely Service was great and i will be going back.
Just passing by Plaster Rock I found this Family restaurant, great service, cozy place, amazing food, 10/10 if your looking for something different definitely recommended!
