On multiple occasions the staff royal screw up my order. The sandwiches that I purchased literally had buttered bread and wrapped up and served. No meat nothing but butter. .my sandwiches have almost everything missing out of them. Not sure why the owner insists on paying incompetent workers. Sad because it’s a nice place to stop in and grab a bite. Well if you get the 1 out of 20 times they actually make your food correctly. And the prices for the same thing every day change for some reason.

Hi,
I visited Robbins this morning around 8:30 a.m.and had an extremely disrespectful and unacceptable experience. The female staff member on duty was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I politely asked a question, she responded by saying that I don’t know how to work, which is insulting and completely inappropriate.

I came in simply to get food as I was very hungry, but instead I was spoken to in a humiliating manner. This type of behavior is not customer service and should never be tolerated in a professional workplace. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect.

I am very disappointed and expect this matter to be taken seriously. Staff should be trained to communicate respectfully, especially during early morning hours when customers expect basic courtesy.

The girl working there seems to be having a rough time. Today, after her nearly messing up while taking my order (i had to correct her twice, as we wanted one black coffee with sugar and one coffee with cream and NO sugar)and her co-worker (trainee?) actually messing up trying to fill the coffee order put the cream and 3 sugar together in one cup, and proceeded to add coffee.
It appeared she was doing the same, her body was blocking my line of sight, and I asked her to be sure. I was then yelled at that she knows her job and never made a mistake for 3 years on the job (except you know, 3 minutes earlier at cash, and the last 2 times I stopped there) she then turned to me with two cups and aggressively pointed them at me saying something about sooa and kee.
She is also very very difficult to understand, it sounds like she has her mouth full of something hot (you wa wi keen? Apparently means would you like whipped cream?)
Her coworker also tapped her on the arm to tell her not to put both cream and sugar, but she chose to yell at the customer.
And yes, I have contacted robins donuts via their web form.

Staff is so friendly but the bathroom is so dirty, I felt I needed to bathe myself in bleach after. Makes me worried about cleanliness of other parts

These guys are always swamped. They still somehow manage to find the energy, where other fastfood coffee spots can’t, to serve their customers with a smile, some humor, and an accurate order every time I have been.

Breakfast sandwiches blow Tim’s out of the water. However, the coffee always seems to be just mediocre.

Five months ago we stopped here for the first time, we raved about the bagel sandwich, it was hot and delicious, also a place that offers my favourite, the morning glory muffin. The friendly service was another thing we appreciated from the women working there. Fast forward to yesterday, the bagel sandwich may have been the worst I have ever had, sloppily put together, not hardly toasted and the worst was the white pale sausage that I couldn't even eat after the first bite, it wasn't even close to being warm and the order came out wrong on both bagels, despite the fact that it wasn't busy at all, now we know why! The morning glory muffin is still great, they're definitely not made there! We will skip this place for breakfast another time!

Friendly and polite staff. Good is great, I guess they mess up something because they are understaffed, however, overall it was a good experience.

The food here was extremely disappointing. Everything tasted bland or old, and nothing looked like the photos on their menu. What we ordered looked completely different and unappetizing in real life. Honestly, it felt like false advertising. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for fresh or tasty food. Won’t be coming back.

Just came into order some food on my way back from PEI. Asian lady refused to make me anything other than a cheese pizza as they were half an hour till close, was quite rude when I asked if I could get another type of pizza and told the other two gentlemen that she would only make me cheese. She eventually agreed to make me a pepperoni but barely any pepperoni on the pizza , and pizza was practically raw still. Either wait to eat closer to a major city in Nb Or go back to PEI cuz this pizza is definitely not worth 25$
